We’re told there’s a timeline in life. Do everything early. Do it “on time.” But here’s my real story: I got married at 36. I had my first son at 39. I had twins at 43. I joined Peloton at 45. I filed for divorce at 48. I ran my first marathon at 49. I launched my app and joined Tonal at 52. None of it was early. None of it was late. Every chapter arrived exactly when it was meant to. There is no deadline on reinvention. There is no age limit on starting over. I am right on time. And so are you. 08 Dec 2025 My new platform is LIVE!!! Every class I upload, every person who joins, every request I hear, we’ll shape this together. Inside you’ll find yoga, Pilates, strength, mobility, meditation, yin, restorative, pre & postnatal, breathwork, and a yoga pose library. There’s also a 21-day diastasis program, a full community area, and a shared calendar so we can stay connected. Live classes are coming soon, and I’ll keep creating new content based on what you ask for. This is just the beginning. Let’s grow side by side. Subscribe NOW for a FREE 7 day Trial! I think the secret is staying curious, not critical. My colleague said this and it made so much sense. No matter what stage or age you’re in, keep an open mind and loving heart. 🤍 📷 @justin_steele 07 Nov 2026 Save this recipe & let me know if you make these, they are sooooooo good! High-Protein Banana Chocolate chip Muffins Ingredients * 2 medium overripe bananas * 1/4 cup oat flour * 1/3 cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder * 1/2 cup cottage cheese * 1 large egg + 1 egg white * 3/4 tsp cinnamon * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1/4 tsp sea salt * 1 tsp baking powder * 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips * 2 tbsp milk of choice Steps 1. In a large bowl, mash 2 medium overripe bananas until there are no noticeable chunks. 2. Stir in cottage cheese and 1 large egg + egg white mixing until smooth add 1-2 tbsp milk. 3. Stir in 1/4 cup oat flour, 1/3 cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder, 3/4 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp sea salt, and 1 tsp baking powder. 4. Gently fold in 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips. 5. Scoop batter evenly into a greased 6-cavity muffin tin. Bake at 350°F for 18-22 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. 06 Nov 2026 Strength training is one of the best things we can do as we age. It’s honestly the fountain of youth 💪 05 Nov 2026 After having twins and going through menopause, I find the foam roller deep core and pelvic floor work is just what my body craves every day. It’s so great for really tapping into the deep core. Being up on the foam roller helps me feel my pelvic floor engage, and the focus on the inner thighs wakes it up even more. Try these exercises, 12 to 15 reps of each, and you’ll have a good core workout done in under 10 minutes. Bow and arrow front Bow and arrow side Straddle with beats Wide knee taps with inner thigh squeeze Single leg stretch Single leg kicks Double leg lower lifts Double leg stretch Save this one! 🤍 04 Nov 2026 Tuesday tip: this is a yoga stretch I’ve done for years, and it feels so good because it’s completely passive. You let the strap and gravity do the work while the back of your legs, your neck, and your shoulders all release at the same time. Grab a long yoga belt, settle in, and breathe slowly for a few minutes on each side. I swear you’ll want to do it every day. Let me know how it feels! 03 Nov 2026 I always love NYC during the marathon. My Substack piece this week was inspired by all of them and by my training and running both the New York City half marathon and the London marathon in 2024. I was turning 50, I had never run distance much at all so it was quite an experience. It was also very cathartic for me after going through a divorce. My running mantras and full story is on substack today. Every Monday I send out a mantra or affirmation for the week. This week I share some of the ones I used when running. We all have our own marathons and if you are not physically running a race; life is a training ground day by day for staying positive and continuing to keep moving forward. You can always swap out the word runner for any other word in slide 5. Let me know which one is your favorite. I added two bonus pics at the end because they fill my heart with joy! 02 Nov 2026 Who else wants to bring back step aerobics? 01 Nov 2026 Who you gonna call? We took on a giant Stay Puft, and there’s a much smaller, much grumpier one waiting at the end 😂 Happy Halloween! 👻 31 Oct 2026 Your balance depends on more than your core. 👀 Yoga teacher @kristinmcgee shows how quickly tree pose gets wobbly once you close your eyes. It's a simple way to see how maintaining eye health is an important part of staying active, independent, and connected to the activities we love. And beyond the mat, healthy vision makes many of life's most meaningful moments possible - from exploring the outdoors to seeing the faces of the people we love most. 💙 Clear vision helps you stay connected to the things that matter most.
