You may browse the site, link to its pages, and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not extract data from the site at a rate that degrades service, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the data to harass, defame, or doxx any individual. Bulk data access requires a written agreement — email [email protected].

4. Accuracy disclaimer

Analytics shown on the site are derived from publicly visible numbers at the time of our most recent snapshot. Instagram may change these numbers without notice. Earnings ranges shown on profile pages are estimates based on industry-standard sponsorship benchmarks; they are not actual creator payouts. Do not rely on this data for investment, hiring, or contractual decisions without independent verification.
