@tre.mosby and I had too much fun training in the Beast Arena @ifit Tre lost almost 100lbs in under 6 months… but the most impressive part is how athletic he became! He even completed a 36 inch box jump! Let’s go Tre!!! This is only the beginning. Anyone can lose weight… but to gain strength, build muscle, increase endurance and become athletic??
