Going all in to become a better athlete 🏃🏽‍♂️🏋🏽 ——— Loving the switch up of my training at the moment. Always bothered me a bit that I just lacked some things in my training repertoire. So the update in my current training was well due & thanks to my coach @shorunke the past training weeks felt like such a step up in my progression. Restructuring my training with the help of @nordictrack Commercial 2450 Treadmill and the @ifit platform. Structured plans with their AI coach and access up to 10,000 workouts gives me endless options.
