One of the simplest ways to improve your body’s symmetry is to… 👇
Intentionally use unilateral (single arm/leg) movements throughout your training ✅
This is especially worth doing if you find that a particular side of your body is larger (or stronger) 💡
Here’s an example of what this look like when training Back & Biceps 💪
[VERTICAL PULLING MOVEMENTS]
1. Chin Ups 4x4-6
2. Dual Handle Pulldowns 4x10-12
[HORIZONTAL ROWING MOVEMENTS]
3. Barbell Bent Over Row 4x6-8
4. Dumbbell 1 Arm Row 4x12-15
[CURLING MOVEMENTS]
5. Barbell Bicep Curls 4x8-10
6. Alternating Hammer Curls 4x15-20
It’s a simple yet effective way of training if you find that you’ve got imbalances in your body 💯
Check out @liftit.app if you’re looking for a full program to follow 📲
*I’ve got a program on there specifically designed to improve your body’s symmetry if you’re facing this issue 🔥

Front vs Back 👇
A lot of people train what they can SEE
and neglect what actually builds their shape 💯
It’s important to train BOTH your…
ANTERIOR CHAIN = FRONT
➡️ Quads, abs, chest (plus front delts)
POSTERIOR CHAIN = BACK
➡️ Glutes, hamstrings, back (plus rear delts & calves)
If one side is lagging - your physique will always feel off…
Think weaker lifts, poor posture and higher likelihood of injury ⚠️
This is why random workouts stop working over time…
Inside LIFTit - training isn’t built around “muscle groups” .. it’s built around balance + progression ✅

5 things that’ll clean up your sumo deadlift 👇
1️⃣ Let your hips dictate your stance width (not the other way around)
2️⃣ Push the floor away with your feet/legs (don’t yank the bar up with your arms)
3️⃣ Wedge before the bar moves (pull the slack prior to lifting)
4️⃣ Knees out the whole way (not just at setup)
5️⃣ Lock out with your glutes (not leaning back with your back)
Want a full powerlifting program built around principles like these?

Your traps shouldn’t be doing the heavy lifting on lateral raises ❌
If you’re doing lateral raises and feeling it more in your neck than your shoulders - this is for you 🫵
The fix isn’t always more weight or more reps.
It’s your position 💡
By reducing momentum and changing the angle of your body - you force your delts to actually do the work!
So, instead of normal lateral raises…
✅ Try them alternating with an isometric hold
OR
✅ In a seated position (plus a bonus tip is to try gripping lower on the handle of the dumbbells)
And instead of normal single arm lateral raises…
✅ Try them leaning on an incline bench
OR
✅ Leaning against a wall
These small tweaks = a massive difference in how the muscles fire 🔥
SAVE this and test it in your next shoulder session 💪
All of these movements (and more) are inside the LIFTit app - with full coaching cues so you’re training smarter, not just harder 📲

If you took Easter off training, ate lots of yummy food outside your regular nutrition plan, amazing! We hope you enjoyed.
A weekend off every now and again isn’t a set back. It’s a weekend off.
We’ve got this week to get back to our regular programming 🙌🏽
