We’re kicking off Movember 2026 with the Big Red Mo. A moustache so big it’s out of this world. 🚀 With help from @lukewmcgregor and @the.desert.swimmer, we've carved a giant 180-metre moustache into the red earth of Broken Hill in outback NSW – designed to be seen from space as an SOS for men’s mental health. Suicide rates are twice as high in regional and remote areas. It’s time to make some noise about men’s health. Still can’t quite believe @movember.au came to my backyard for this one 👀 Last week, they built a giant moustache into the landscape at Mt Gipps Station, just out of Broken Hill. 180 metres wide and big enough to be seen from space - so big they’re asking the International Space Station to take a photo of it 😂 The Big Red Mo. Why out here? Because suicide rates are twice as high in regional and remote parts of the country... this whole thing is a loud SOS for blokes in the bush who are doing it tough and don’t think they can put their hand up. I can tell you from experience - you can and I did. You’ve just got to find the courage to take that first step and I promise it’s the most important one you’ll ever take. Surreal to have Movember descend on my hometown. MOGGINS CHALLENGE MELBOURNE Second leg of the Moggins Challenge is here in Richmond, Melbourne. Leaving from the Cheeky Monkey cafe every 4 hours, we will take on a 7km loop around some unreal sights, for 48 hours. We’ll be kicking the first one off at 6:30pm TONIGHT, all the way until 2:30pm Sunday. Plenty of chances to come for a jog - would love to see ya there!
