things I’ve done over the last few weeks: 🎓 decided to go back to school for an AAS in surgical technology (I officially start this spring!) 🏥 started working at the hospital as an EVS tech 💊 finally found the right meds for my mental health 😅 balancing a full time job, two kiddos, sore feet, exhaustion, braces/jaw pain, and not wanting to quit crossfit/working out but literally now on my feet 8+ straight hours averaging 14k steps a day and my body is like BUT HOW right now lol I’ll figure it out eventually This could be a much longer post but to keep it short and simple for now… I’ve stayed home with my kids over the last 8 years and feel so lucky to have had that opportunity. In that time, I wrote a book that landed me on The Today Show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, and launched me into more opportunities to speak about health and fitness than I could have imagined. I have never been able to stop feeling a pull to do something that could make an actual difference. And this feels like the right thing. 💕 26 Nov 2025
