Discover Between Land and Sea, a solo exhibition by Emirati multidisciplinary artist Azza Al Qubaisi (@azzaalqubaisi) curated by Aysha Al Hemeiri (@ayshamalhemeiri).
Spanning several decades of her practice, the exhibition explores the UAE’s desert and coastal landscapes, natural resources, and material heritage. The exhibition spans four bodies of work: Between the Lines, Treasure, Sustainability, and Foundation. Al Qubaisi transforms steel, gold, silver, asphalt, glass, and wood into sculptures that reflect on the connections between material and landscape.
Moving between intimate jewelry and monumental sculptures, the works explore how natural resources continue to shape the UAE’s landscape, history, and society.
On view through November 10

We are delighted to announce Permanence in Bloom, an exhibition of marble sculptures and screenprints by Jon Isherwood (@ishersculpt), opening this Thursday, October 29th, in our New York gallery.
Inspired by the beauty and symbolism of flowers, Isherwood’s sculptures transform their fleeting forms into enduring works in stone. Presented alongside Ryan Koopmans (@ryan.koopmans) and Alice Wexell’s (@alicewexell) The Wild Within, the exhibition brings the artists’ distinct approaches to nature, time, and preservation into dialogue.
Please join us for an opening reception this Thursday, October 29, from 6–8 PM.

Within Manish Nai’s (@manishnai3feb) practice, one material becomes the point of departure for another, while each process generates new possibilities for the next.
Bringing together works made over the past five to six years, this exhibition traces the evolving logic of Manish Nai’s practice through a sustained engagement with material, surface, and form.
From compressed used clothing to painted aluminium stretched across stainless steel mesh, layered surfaces, and old and new corrugated metal sheets, each body of work emerges through close observation, repetition, and continual experimentation. Materials are cut, compressed, layered, painted, and reconfigured, revealing unexpected structures within their familiar forms.
Rather than transforming materials beyond recognition, Nai attends to what is already latent within them. Their histories and physical properties remain visible, even as processes of abstraction shift their appearance and open them to new readings.
Installation views from In Search of Material Within Material, on view at Leila Heller Gallery, Dubai, until 10 November 2026.
