An insulin pump that adjusts your insulin every 5 minutes sounds like science fiction. It’s the Medtronic MiniMed 780G, and it’s what many of our Type 1 patients use.
Swipe for how it works. The sensor reads your glucose, the pump decides how much insulin to give, and you still tell it when you eat. What a pump can’t do is read your patterns over time. That’s where your care team comes in.
Among our patients on the pump, HbA1c fell by 20%.
A pump like this usually costs upwards of AED 40,000. Eligible Type 1 patients can get one through our subscription program. Terms apply.

We’ve opened our third clinic in the city, in Silicon Oasis.
The space welcomes you with abundance. Oodles of sunlight, and walls of paintings that start conversations before you’ve even sat down.
Why would a health clinic look like this? Because a clinic shouldn’t feel like one. People put off health care when it feels cold, rushed or clinical. We built a place you’d actually want to walk into: warm, a bit surprising. Behind it, the same Metabolic model: our own lab, scans on site and a doctor who sits down with you.
Because it really was never about the tests.

Your body isn’t being dramatic. Fatigue that won’t lift and headaches that won’t quit have plenty of possible causes, and stress is only one of them.

Most of healthcare sells you something. A test, a pill, a plan. Far less of it sells you an outcome.
We started as a diabetes clinic with one job: help people get the disease under control. Then we measured whether it worked. In our published data, patients cut their HbA1c by an average of 18% in three months. That’s why we run a hybrid model: the clinic when you need it, and continuous data the rest of the time, so we know whether what we’re doing is working.
The obvious next question (our patients did the best job of nudging us): why wait for a diagnosis? So we built the Baseline. Over 100 data points across your heart, liver, bones and metabolism, in one visit, with a doctor who explains it the same day. Most insurers cover it, and we check your eligibility first.
