Baked Feta with Roasted California Grapes Your next fall appetizer has arrived! Creamy baked feta meets warm, roasted California grapes for a sweet-and-savory combination that's perfect for scooping up with toasted bread. Put this on the table for your next gathering and watch it disappear. Ingredients 1 1/2 cups red and black seedless California grapes 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 – 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar 1 lb. block of Feta, sliced in half 1 – 2 tablespoons fresh thyme 1 teaspoon dried oregano To taste red pepper flakes Drizzle of olive oil Directions Heat oven to 400° F. Toss grapes with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to coat, then place them on a baking tray in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes, or until they just begin to soften. Remove from oven and let rest in pan for 5 minutes. Slice block of feta into two thick slices and place in baking dish. Sprinkle herbs and red pepper flakes directly onto the cheese, and drizzle with olive oil. Top with roasted grapes. Bake about 10 minutes or until the cheese has softened. Serve with crusty slices of bread. . . . . . #GrapesFromCalifornia #CaliforniaGrapes #BakedFeta #FallAppetizers #EasyEntertaining 06 Nov 2026 WOULD YOU TRY? 👀 California grapes are one of the best chocolate covered fruits, and I feel like people don’t talk about them enough! 🍇#ad @grapesfromca This easy dessert is SO good – and as a dietitian, I love the addition of California grapes for some health benefits too. They add some color to your day, and help support brain health, colon health, and healthy aging. I also love that they’re a natural source of antioxidants and other polyphenols! Here’s what you’ll need to make them 👇 California grapes (green or red both work!) Toothpicks Semi-sweet chocolate chips Any small, crunchy toppings – I used hemp hearts, skor bits, and crushed roasted peanuts To make: 1. Wash and dry your California grapes. Stick a toothpick in each one. 2. Prepare a few small bowls with your crunchy toppings. You’ll need these in step 4! 3. Add chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave in 20-seconds intervals until melted and smooth. Make sure to stir in between so you don’t burn your chocolate. 4. Dip your grapes in the melted chocolate, and immediately press into the crunchy toppings. Transfer the grapes to a plate. 5. Chill your grapes in the fridge for 30-minutes, or until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy straight from the fridge! 05 Nov 2026 Give your fall salad a fresh twist with Grapes from California! Juicy California grapes are tossed with honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and ginger, then roasted until soft and added to crispy won ton cups for a bright and sweet holiday appetizer. Let us know if you would serve these at your holiday party! Ingredients 24 square won ton wrappers, at room temperature Olive oil cooking spray 2 tablespoons sesame oil 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (unseasoned) 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 3 cups Grapes from California Sesame seeds Snipped fresh cilantro for garnish Directions To prepare won ton cups: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray won ton wrappers on both sides with olive oil spray. Press into 24 mini muffin cups, gently pressing all the way into the bottom to form a flat base. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned; let cool. For the grape filling: Increase oven heat to 425°F and line a small baking sheet with foil. In a medium bowl, stir together sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger. Add grapes and toss well to coat. Spread mixture in a single layer on baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes or until grapes are cooked but still holding their shape, stirring occasionally. Let cool, then spoon a few grapes into each won ton cup, adding any leftover juices. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro. 04 Nov 2026 PB & G, with a fall twist! 🍇🥜 As the weather cools, there’s nothing quite like a cozy bowl of creamy peanut butter oatmeal topped with oven-roasted California grapes. The grapes become soft, glossy and naturally sweet, releasing the most delicious juices as they roast. Add a little melted peanut butter on top and breakfast is served! And here’s a reminder that California grapes are so much more than a snack. They’re incredibly versatile, naturally sweet, and a delicious way to add goodness to your everyday meals. They’re also a naturally heart-healthy food, making them a lovely addition to a balanced diet. I love finding unexpected ways to enjoy California grapes, and this PB & G oatmeal might just become a fall favourite. PB & G Oatmeal with Roasted California Grapes 🍇 Roasted California grapes 2 cups California grapes, removed from stems 1 tsp neutral oil 🥣 Peanut butter oatmeal 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats 2 cups milk 1/2 cup water ½ tsp cinnamon pinch of salt 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp pure maple syrup 🥜 For finishing 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter, warmed and thinned with a little warm water Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss California grapes with oil and transfer to a small oven-safe baking dish. Roast uncovered for 15–20 minutes, or until softened, glossy and beginning to blister. Rest for 5–10 minutes, reserving all the juices. Meanwhile, combine oats, milk, water, cinnamon and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until creamy. Stir in peanut butter and maple syrup. Divide oatmeal between two bowls. Generously top with roasted California grapes and their juices. Finish with a drizzle of melted peanut butter.
