Esta joya de pocos centímetros decidió posarse cerca del grafiti, a un paso de la ciudad. 🌿 Es un martín pescador (Alcedo atthis) que vive en el río Besòs. Un río que durante años aguantó nuestra prisa y nuestro descuido, y que hoy, si nos paramos a mirarlo, nos regala esto. Ayer pasamos horas sentados, entre ilusiones y algún que otro agobio, esperando la foto que teníamos en mente. Pero, mientras tanto, nos regaló otros momentos… del martín pescador. No sé por qué tardamos tanto en cuidar lo que tenemos tan cerca; estos sitios están llenos de vida, pero siempre dependen de lo que decidamos quienes pasamos por ellos. Y, aun así, basta con muy poco: no dejar rastro, mirar con calma, compartir lo que hay y respetar la distancia para que nadie tenga que huir. Los ríos se recuperan cuando alguien decide acompañarlos; esa decisión empieza en cada persona que se detiene, mira y cuida. “La naturaleza no se apresura, y sin embargo todo se cumple”. ✍🏼 Lao Tse ⚠️ ¡Ojo! Lightnings over Puerto Natales, Chilean Patagonia. Thunderstorms are relatively uncommon at this latitude, despite the region’s notoriously severe weather. Research on lightning activity in western Patagonia has revealed an interesting pattern: electrical storms often develop behind cold fronts, when cold air moving into the upper atmosphere creates enough instability for thunderclouds to form. September in the Canadian Rockies! The Phase one system is the best and most expensive! It has an amazing 150 megapixel sensor, the only one in the world that allows you to increase the shutter speed to any value without using dark neutral filters, the camera does not shoot if it shakes in the wind, has the best stack focusing, has a fish-eye lens! The only drawback is that when carrying my 9 lenses, it weighs about 25 kilograms! But never mind-I’ll drag you around, the quality is simply beyond the limit!
