As we wind down on this 23 day expedition, and the 40k ish photos I snapped - I can’t help but reflect on the journey. The gratitude I have to keep doing this as a livelihood. There’s an endless balance between being “present” in real time and social media “present”. Ten out of ten times I’ll choose being present in real time. When you reach a place like Antarctica, it embeds something within your spirit. It’s a mystical place. You get lost in these landscapes. And you leave not wanting to take your eyes off a place you once wondered if you’d ever make it there. I’m just so, so grateful. 04 Nov 2026
