The Amazon is the beating heart of our planet. Its forests create “flying rivers” — invisible streams that carry life-giving fresh water vital to our survival. Mining, oil drilling, and logging are destroying the Amazon and threatening the Indigenous guardians who protect it. That is why we must stand in solidarity with them and defend their lives and territories — and protect the heart of the world — a vital source of water and climate stability. 👉 To safeguard our future: 1️⃣ Sign the Pledge, support the Indigenous Declaration @Amazonia_Calling www.AmazoniaCalling.org As Majo says, “Protect the rainforest, and the rainforest will protect you.” Join with her and Indigenous peoples throughout the Amazon in this critical time to protect the rainforest for the wellbeing of all. #AmazoniaCalling #Amazonwatch #TeamWater #DefendEarthDefenders #ProtectTheAmazon #FlyingRivers #IndigenousVoices 01 Sep 2025 🌍✊ In a historic moment of unity, Indigenous leaders across the Amazon have spoken. They have created the Indigenous Declaration — an actionable plan to protect the Amazon, defend water security, and stabilize our climate for the future of us all. Now it’s time for world leaders to listen — and they will only act if they see that the world is watching. 👀 👉 Add your voice. Stand in solidarity. Sign the Amazonia Calling Pledge today: www.AmazoniaCalling.org @Amazonia_Calling @Amazonwatch @Amazoninvestorcoalition #ArtistsforAmazonia @Thecarbonunderground @givingbackfund #IndigenousVoices #ProtectTheAmazon #ClimateAction #WaterisLife #TeamWater #DefendEarthDefenders 01 Sep 2025 🔥🌍 The countdown has begun. In November 2025, world leaders will gather in the Amazon for the first time in history — at COP30 in Belém, Brazil. The decisions they make will determine the fate of the Amazon and the future of our planet. This is a historic moment. We must show leaders that the world is watching and demand urgent action. 🌿💧 We stand with Indigenous guardians and call on leaders to adopt the Indigenous Declaration — a plan to protect the Amazon, secure fresh water, and stabilize our climate for a livable future. ✍️ Stand with Indigenous guardians. Sign the Pledge: @amazonia_calling www.AmazoniaCalling.org @amazonwatch @amazoninvestorcoalition #AmazoniaCalling #COP30 #ProtectTheAmazon #IndigenousVoices #ClimateAction #DefendEarthDefenders 01 Sep 2025 Imagine flying a paramotor 4,000 kilometres along the Trans-Amazonian Highway. That’s what filmmaker Sylvestre Campe did over 10 days—taking us above the Amazon to witness what’s happening on the ground, and what’s still worth protecting. It’s a perspective few people ever get to see. The Amazon is important to us all. Protecting the forest takes more than one election. Now comes the work. 🌿 — The forest doesn’t get a vote. We do. This Sunday, 25 October, Brazil chooses its future. And the forest is closer to us than we think: in the water from our taps, the rain that feeds our farms, the air in our cities, the changing climate we feel every day. Indigenous peoples have protected it for thousands of years. Today, caring for it is up to all of us, wherever we live. We are all forests. Our roots are connected, and so is our future. Let’s vote for nature. 🌿 #SomosTodasFlorestas #VotePelaNatureza #WeAreAllForests #Eleições2026 #TOGETHERBAND 24 Oct 2026 If you've already seen our feature length documentary We Are Guardians, prepare yourself, because it's time to show you the footage that didn't make the film. 👀 In this 5 part series, Man In the Sky, filmmaker Sylvestre Campe spends 10 days flying a paramotor 4,000 km along the Trans-Amazonian Highway, documenting what's happening to the Amazon from above. Along his journey he will encounter everything from sawmills and land grabbers to paradise on earth. 🌿 ▶️ You can now watch the full short film on our YouTube channel @randomgood_films . Her work centres the women and Indigenous leaders on the frontlines of the climate crisis, recognising that those defending forests, lands, and communities must be at the heart of the solutions. #SomosTodasFlorestas #DireitosIndígenas 🎥 @vera.v.romanova 13 Jul 2026 @hindououmar is an Indigenous rights and climate justice activist from the Mbororo pastoralist community in Chad, and founder of the Association for Indigenous Women and Peoples of Chad. As one of the @planetaryguardians her work connects ancestral knowledge with climate action, advocating for Indigenous communities to have a seat at the decision-making table while protecting land, water, biodiversity, and cultural traditions. Through her leadership, Hindou continues to show that Indigenous knowledge is not only vital to protecting ecosystems, but essential to shaping a more balanced and sustainable future for all. Her message is clear: nature cannot be protected without the people who have lived in relationship with it for generations. #weareallforests #somostodasflorestas #forestguardian #togetherband 25 May 2026 At the @fossilfueltreaty in Santa Marta, Colombia, we had the opportunity to sit down with the @planetarygdns and other key global voices to learn about their relationship with nature and their role in protecting the natural world. @xiyebeara is a climate justice activist of Otomi heritage and the Executive Director and co-founder of @reearthinitiative, a youth-led movement working to make climate action more inclusive, accessible, and rooted in justice. Through Re-Earth, Xiye supports frontline and Indigenous youth-led projects across the world, building pathways for communities most impacted by the climate crisis to lead solutions themselves. Her message is clear: Protecting the planet means standing with those who have always protected it. #weareallforests #somostodasflorestas #forestguardian #togetherband 20 May 2026 A global conference on ending fossil fuels is underway in Santa Marta, Colombia, bringing together governments, scientists, civil society, and Indigenous leaders to focus on one question: how we move away from coal, oil, and gas. At the centre is the Fossil Fuel Treaty, calling for an end to expansion and a just global phase-out. Indigenous leaders, including the Arhuaco, are shaping the conversation and reminding us that protecting land is central to protecting the planet. Alongside this, the Renewable Freedom campaign highlights a clear reality: renewable energy brings stability, while fossil fuel dependence drives risk. Yet over $1 trillion is still spent each year subsidising fossil fuels. The science is clear. The window to act is closing. End new fossil fuel projects. Invest in renewable energy. Support a just transition to ensure no one is left behind. 29 Apr 2026 Earth Day 2026. Seven of the nine planetary boundaries have been breached. The people who have protected these boundaries for millennia are still fighting - at Free Land Camp, in Brasília, and all around the world. At the centre of this image is @celiaxakriaba - Indigenous leader of the Xakriabá people, Brazil’s first Indigenous federal deputy from Minas Gerais, and one of the most powerful voices on Earth for Indigenous rights and our living planet. As Célia says: “Indigenous Lands are living barriers against climate collapse.” We stand with her and with every people defending their territory. 🌿 #SomosTodaFlorestas #WeAreAllForests #ATL2026 #DiaDаTerra #Togetherband 📸 @thiagoyawanawa @togetherbandofficial @ascyawanawa @conservationorg @amazonwatch @amazoniacalling @weareallguardians @arcticbasecamp @amazoninvestorcoalition @equatorinitiative 22 Apr 2026 A historic moment for Brazil’s Indigenous peoples 🌿 Social scientist @lucialberta was inaugurated as the new president of @funaioficial - the National Foundation of Indigenous Peoples - at the closing plenary of Acampamento Terra Livre 2026.
