Her tail was cut off to be kept like a trophy after she was senselessly murdered. #Patience was one of her most distinguishable attributes, she relied on conscious thought and patience to meet all of her needs. Her stability and wisdom should be a source of inspiration and enlightenment. So #PutTheTailBack and BE KIND TO ELEPHANTS! As a symbol of strength, the elephant inspires us to be strong and patient at the same time. And we are waiting very patiently for the right decision on lifting the 🐘 ban. ~ The world of #construction has a steep climb ahead before #genderequality can be thought of as the norm. Where do we find the new normal? Falling ‘down the rabbit hole’ of women in construction is a maze of ups, downs, and other disoriented levels of perception that take time to address and reconfigure. RYSITShine, guys! And Happy HalloWeek! 🎃💀💜 A hollow trunk. Bare branches. Something scratching inside. That spooky-looking tree might actually be full of life. Standing dead trees are called snags, and they’re surprisingly important to forest ecosystems. Insects feed on their wood, woodpeckers carve out nesting holes, and those empty cavities become homes for owls, squirrels, and other wildlife. Even their bare branches serve a purpose, offering birds the perfect lookout for hunting.And when these trees finally fall, fungi and insects slowly break down the wood, recycling nutrients into the soil and helping new life grow. So this Halloween, remember: a dead tree isn’t necessarily a ghost of the forest’s past. Yesterday’s US Open final meant something very personal to me ♥️🎾 First, so much respect for @benshelton What an incredible athlete, and what a future ahead of him. My partner Lyds, @lydiaorsi_ny lives with Type 1 diabetes, so watching @alexzverev123 compete at this extraordinary level while living with the same disease moved me in a way that goes far beyond tennis. I see what Lyds manages every day, the constant awareness, the discipline, the decisions most of us never have to think about, living every day with a disease that can become life-threatening in an instant, and I have such enormous admiration for the way she lives with it ♥️ I was so moved hearing him speak about his mamma and how, when he was diagnosed at only four years old, she refused to let diabetes define what his future could be. Because that is what I saw on that court today: a person who has a disease, but is not defined by it. The resilience. The thousands of invisible decisions and challenges behind what the rest of us simply see as an extraordinary athlete playing extraordinary tennis ♥️🎾 Sitting there beside you Amore made witnessing this moment even more special and memorable, I am proud of you, EVERY SINGLE DAY ❤️‍🔥 Congratulazioni a te, Sascha 🏆 And congratulations, Ben, on an extraordinary @usopen We started with Djokovic 🐐 and Venus 💞 on Day 1 and ended with an unforgettable final. Thanks to the @billionoyster , millions of #oysters are returning to New York Harbor on reefs built from recycled shells collected from local restaurants. The impact goes far beyond oysters. A single oyster can naturally filter gallons of water each day, while healthy reefs create habitat for fish, crabs, mussels, and countless other marine species. It’s a beautiful reminder that restoration doesn’t always begin with something new. Sometimes, it begins by giving nature the chance to do what it has always done best. When we restore nature, nature has an incredible way of restoring itself. Summer started with a suitcase…or three 🙃😂 Two pups, and memories I’ll be smiling about for a long time ☀️🐾♥️ From Portofino, to my hometown of @roma (where I got to celebrate my 🎂 surrounded by family and friends, Grazie to you all for making it so special), to Paris, where Giulio decided to go blond…because apparently that was part of the itinerary. 😂 Love to @isabelmarant and @chloe for being part of the Paris chapter ✨ Then it was off to Corsica, where @lydiaorsi_ny shared the island she calls home 🌞 From Bastia to Bonifacio, the breathtaking Calanque de Piana, and finally L’Île-Rousse. ❤️‍🔥 @truffleandcashew 🐶🐶 officially earned their frequent traveler status. 🐾✈️ And somehow… I stayed loyal to vegan ice cream despite being surrounded by some of the best gelato in the world. RYSIT shine guys 🌞 and Happy Earth Month 🌎🌍🌏 Today we want to share the hope of #perspective. Sometimes it takes leaving our planet to truly see it. Artemis @nasaartemis brought us back to Earth. When we were shown the stunning images of our #planet, something remarkable happened: for one quiet moment, millions of people saw the same truth at once. No borders. No politics. No division. Just one luminous world suspended in darkness ♥️. One fragile atmosphere holding every ocean, every forest, every species, and every one of us. And with a woman on board traveling farther than any woman in history, the mission became a symbol of how far humanity can go, and just how deeply connected we remain to home. While questions remain about the environmental footprint and priorities of missions like this, the viewpoint that Artemis returned may be exactly what inspires more thoughtful stewardship here at home. Maybe, that’s the real gift of perspective: the farther we go, the more clearly we remember what has always been ours to care for. Ciao!
