Day 2 - Kashmir
Tangdhar #JammuAndKashmir
@rnartfoundation
In a significant step towards community empowerment, the Rouble Nagi Art Foundation in collaboration with the Indian Army, inaugurated a computer lab at a Madrassa Shah-e- Hamdan and a dedicated women’s skill development centre at Roza-tul-Salehat Baghbela Tangdhar, Kupwara.
The computer lab aims to bridge the digital divide by giving students access to modern technology & digital learning tools, fostering digital literacy in this remote border region.
And the newly established women’s skill centre will focus on vocational training, financial literacy & entrepreneurship, helping local women gain the skills & confidence needed to become self-reliant & economically empowered.
We always emphasise on the importance of such initiatives in promoting inclusive education, Women empowerment, skill development & national integration—reinforcing the commitment to uplifting remote communities in Jammu & Kashmir.

Day 1 & 2 #Astana #Kazakhstan .
It was an honour to speak at the NIS International Research-to-Practice Conference in Astana, Kazakhstan, sharing how art & creativity can transform education and unlock human potential.
Creative learning empowers children to express themselves, think independently, build confidence & discover their true capabilities. Through my journey with @rnartfoundation I have seen firsthand how meaningful opportunities create life-changing paths for children, especially in underserved communities. As AI becomes more capable, education must place even greater emphasis on imagination, empathy, curiosity, ethical thinking & problem-solving.
We should not see technology & creativity as competing forces. They can complement each other.
Teachers are the heart of this transformation, they ignite curiosity, cultivate resilience & teach children to believe in their own voice. Talent is universal, but opportunity is not. Every child deserves equal access to quality education & the platform to thrive. My focus still remains to unlock extraordinary, individualized potential in every student.
Sometimes, one opening or one teacher who believes is all it takes to change the course of a life.

Because a kinder world begins with each one of us. As winter approaches, my hope is that we all look beyond ourselves & extend a helping hand wherever we can. Sometimes, a blanket is more than just warmth, it is a gesture that says, we care. Let us make humanity a way of life. Let us be the people who do not simply see a problem, but take a step towards solving it. Let compassion become action. “Blanket Distribution Drive” in #Delhi #RefugeeCamp ❄️

Rouble Nagi Art Foundation Organises 4th Blanket Distribution Drives at Lontha and Jabdi Village, Tangdhar, LOC Kashmir, to Support poor Communities Ahead of Winter.
20th October 2026
Tangdhar, Jammu & Kashmir: In an effort to support underserved communities ahead of the winter season, “Rouble Nagi Art Foundation” (RNAF) organised another blanket distribution drives at Public Park, Lontha, Tangdhar, and Government Upper Primary School, Jabdi, Karnah, near LOC, on 20th October 2026. The initiatives aimed to provide warmth and comfort to individuals and families in need as the region prepares for harsh winter conditions. Many senior citizens, widows participated.
Led by Ms. Rouble Nagi, Founder of RNAF, the drives reflect the Foundation’s commitment to extending timely humanitarian assistance to remote and vulnerable communities, particularly those living in areas. Recognising the challenges faced by residents of Tangdhar and Karnah during the colder months, the initiative sought to address essential winter needs while promoting dignity, care, and community well-being.
Residents of boarder village Jabri which is cut off from the main city for over 4 months during winters after snowfall were extremely happy and grateful to the organisation.
Through these efforts, RNAF continues to strengthen its commitment to community welfare by responding to immediate needs and ensuring that support reaches underserved regions. The Foundation believes that small but meaningful initiatives can make a positive difference in people’s lives and contribute to stronger, more inclusive communities.

Rouble Nagi Art Foundation Organises 2nd Blanket Distribution Drive at Tanzeemul Madaris Anantnag, J&K , to Support Students’ Well-being
17th October 2026
Tanzeemul Madaris Ahlisunat Sufi Jammu & Kashmir: In a meaningful effort to support children’s well-being during the approaching winter season, the Rouble Nagi Art Foundation (RNAF) organised a Blanket Distribution Drive today at Tanzeemul Madaris The initiative aimed to provide warmth and comfort to students while highlighting the importance of their health, well-being, and overall development.
Led by Ms. Rouble Nagi, Founder of “Rouble Nagi Art Foundation” , the drive reached 117 students during the distribution. Recognising the challenges that colder weather can bring, particularly for children from underserved communities, RNAF undertook this initiative to help students stay warm and comfortable during the winter months. The drive reflects the Foundation’s belief that supporting children means addressing not only their educational needs but also their basic needs, health, and dignity.
In addition to its humanitarian efforts, RNAF has been running computer centre in the Madrasa for the past four years, providing students with opportunities to access digital education and develop essential computer skills. These centres were established to bridge the digital divide and ensure that students have access to basic computer education, regardless of their circumstances. Through these centres, the Foundation aims to enhance digital literacy, build confidence in using technology, and equip children with skills that will support their future learning and development.
The Foundation’s continued work reflects its holistic approach to child development. While the computer centres help students build knowledge and prepare for an increasingly digital world, the blanket distribution drive addresses their immediate needs during the colder months. Both initiatives reflect RNAF’s commitment to creating a supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Through sustained educational initiatives and timely humanitarian support, the Rouble Nagi Art Foundation continues to work towards improving the lives

Tell me & I forget. Teach me & I may remember. Involve me & I learn.”
For children, learning becomes most effective when it combines joy, creativity, play & meaningful experiences. Fun is not a distraction from learning, it is often the pathway to deeper learning.
What we can include in learning:
Educational games & puzzles
Storytelling & drama
Drawing, painting & crafts.
Music & movement activities.
Nature walks & observation tasks
Science experiments.
Building blocks & construction activities.
Art-Based Learning.
Since art engages children’s imagination & emotions, it can:
Strengthen cognitive development, Improve communication skills, Increase self-confidence, Encourage collaboration & critical thinking.
When children enjoy learning, they become curious, confident & creative 📝📚🌈
.
Some hugs you never forget & I am blessed to remember so many of them ❤️
Thank u God for giving me the happiness to be always surrounded by children.
Thank u Daniel and New life School for your love & respect and consider me always there for u 🙏🏻🩷.

Thank you, Ms Rouble Nagi, @artistroublenagi our keynote speaker, for pouring your heart out to us yesterday, sharing your story, and inspiring us to see endless possibilities in what we can do for children.
Your keynote contribution to Day 2 of the TeacherFIRE® Revolution Global Conference 2026 brought our theme to life: Building the Teacher Who Builds a World Fit for Children.
From using art to turn neglected walls into learning spaces to visiting families and encouraging children to return to school, your story invited us to look again at the skills, creativity, and opportunities already within our reach.
Your five Cs gave us something to carry into our daily work:
Conviction that every child matters.
Commitment to keep showing up, even on difficult days.
Compassion to lead with kindness.
Courage to enter difficult spaces.
Creativity to imagine solutions where others see problems.
You reminded us to look beyond the highest achievers, stand beside children who are struggling, and keep human connection at the centre of teaching as we embrace technology.
Education must reach beyond examinations and certificates. It must nurture kindness, responsibility, dignity, and respect for every person.
Thank you for challenging us to imagine more and to take practical steps towards it.
Swipe through these highlights and choose one action to bring into your work with children this week.
If you missed the two days, see the links to the replays in the comments.
Do have an INSPIRED week ahead with the family.
