La société exige beaucoup de nous. Dès les bancs de l’école, elle nous impose ses règles, ses codes, ses ambitions et sa vision de la réussite. Elle nous apprend à être performants, à travailler dur, à produire toujours plus, à répondre aux attentes des autres et à rentrer dans un moule. Puis, jour après jour, elle nous use par le rythme effréné du quotidien, jusqu’à nous faire oublier l’essentiel : nous ne sommes pas nés pour simplement survivre, mais pour vivre pleinement. Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, elle prétend également nous dicter comment réussir notre vie, à quel âge accomplir nos rêves, comment vieillir et même quelle place occuper dans ce monde. Elle nous fait croire qu’il faut toujours courir après quelque chose : l’argent, la reconnaissance, le statut social ou l’approbation des autres. Mais à force de vouloir être à la hauteur de toutes ces exigences, ne finissons-nous pas par passer à côté de notre propre existence ? ✨Et si nous décidions, dès aujourd’hui, de reprendre les commandes de notre vie ? ✨ Le bonheur ne se mesure ni à la taille de notre compte bancaire, ni aux titres que nous portons, ni au regard que les autres posent sur nous. Il se trouve parfois dans un éclat de rire, un coucher de soleil, un repas partagé, une conversation sincère ou un moment de paix avec soi-même. Il réside dans ces instants simples que nous négligeons trop souvent, persuadés que nous aurons toujours le temps d’en profiter demain. Mais demain n’est jamais une promesse,👌Ohh Oui.
