🌟 Meet Megan, who has been living with Multiple Sclerosis for nearly 19 years. Over time, she noticed her left leg becoming more difficult to manage, but during our MS Bootcamp, with the help of Mandy and the Neubie device, she’s been making impressive progress.
Through focused muscle activation, Megan has been able to work on the areas that need the most attention, both in her sessions and at home.
For more information on our MS Bootcamp, visit www.neu.fit/ms-bootcamp.

After a serious ACL and meniscus injury, New York Giants Running Back Saquon Barkley @saquon had surgery and missed most of last season.
After the first 4-5 months of rehab, he was still feeling stiff, had significant muscle atrophy, and was eager for something that would help take him to the next level. That’s when he found NeuFit.
After his first session, Saquon saw his VMO wake up again and knew he wanted more. The Neubie became a major player in the rest of his recovery process, and he now uses it to activate his muscles before practices and games to help him perform at a high level.
Now that he is cleared to play, we are excited to see what Saquon has in store for this season!

After more than a decade working with neurological conditions, the Co-Founder of @adaptmovement has seen his fair share of rehabilitation technology. But the NEUBIE caught his attention.
In Episode 141 of the Undercurrent Podcast, Troy joins Garrett Salpeter to discuss how Adapt is rethinking long-term neurological recovery, why care shouldn't stop when insurance benefits do, and how the NEUBIE fits into their work with individuals living with MS, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological conditions.
🎙️ Episode 141 comes out at 5pm CST tonight! Watch on YouTube or listen wherever you get your podcasts.

From Salt Lake City to Abidjan, my NEUBIE stays with me.
Warmups. Workouts. Recovery.
I love sharing the same technology I use as a pro athlete with my people back home, wherever home may be 🌍🏀

Throwing shoulder has been feeling…GREAT 🙌
Markham is back to throwing for Fall ball ⚾️, but he knows the process is not over just because
“It feels better”.
Proud of Markham for staying committed to the next phase-> build strength and power to ultimately recover better bw games and avoid setbacks! 🙌

You were born knowing how to move well.
Barring a neurodevelopmental issue, we all start with efficient movement patterns. Then injuries that never fully resolve and habits built over years pull us away from them.
So the goal often isn't to teach your body something new, but to help your brain unlearn the compensation it picked up along the way and get back to the baseline it already had.
Clip from a live interview with @stemcellchristian of @stemregen at the 2026 Biohacking Conference.

The work doesn’t stop when I leave the court. Being a professional athlete means being mindful of every part of my game. Recovery, preparation, and staying intentional about how I move are all part of the process. The Neubie has become a valuable part of my routine, helping me continue to work toward performing at my best. 💪🏾

When a muscle isn’t doing its job, simply telling someone to “get stronger” isn’t always enough.
This client has been dealing with neuropathy, significant collapse through the arch of his foot, and very little active muscular recruitment.
So one of the tools we’re using is the NEUBIE.
The NEUBIE uses direct-current electrical stimulation while the client actively moves, which allows us to pair movement with a very strong sensory and motor input to the nervous system.
The goal isn’t to have the machine do the work for him.
The goal is to use it to help him find the muscle, recruit it, and then train it.
In this clip, we’re using it during seated calf raises to increase the demand on tissues that have been difficult for him to activate on his own.
That’s where we see the biggest value with technology like this.
It doesn’t replace strength training.
It doesn’t replace movement.
It gives us another way to influence the nervous system while we’re doing the things that actually matter.
Better input. Better recruitment. Then build capacity.
That’s how we’re harnessing the NEUBIE as part of the bigger rehab process.

Corrective exercise works. But sometimes it stalls or is limited, usually for one of two reasons.
1. Pain. Pain triggers inhibition, so the person can't perform the movement correctly no matter how well you cue it.
2. Control. They don't yet have the neuromuscular control to find and activate the area you're targeting.
That's where the Neubie comes in. It helps cut through that inhibition and makes it easier to activate the right areas, so the exercise does what you designed it to do.
I experienced this myself recently. The first time I did the DNS star, an old hip injury flared up. I put the Neubie on a spot on my glute medius, did that five days in a row, and the pain was gone - and it hasn't come back.
