It’s Double Oxford action this Saturday! 🍂🔦🦌 We’re at Stonor Park in the Chilterns for the Maverick Oxfordshire Trail by day and the Dark Oxfordshire Trail by night. Expect ancient parkland, steep woodland trails, fallow deer, red kites and even wallabies, so keep your eyes peeled! 📍 Stonor Park, Henley-on-Thames ⏰☀️ Day: Half 09:45 | Middle 10:15 | Short 10:30 ⏰🌙 Dark: All distances 17:00 (registration from 16:00) 🌿 The day race has climbs up to 22%. After dark, it’s head torches on for rooty singletrack, open hillsides and views after sunset. 🤝 Both events have a fully marked course, Precision Fuel & Hydration outposts, a finisher’s medal, and food and drink at the finish. Dogs are welcome at the day event 🐶 Headphones aren’t permitted at the dark event. See you at Stonor! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ 04 Nov 2026

The first in our Dark Series event was suitably spooky, with fun evening out on the Halloween trails! Thanks to everyone who turned up, head torches on and took to Hampshire forest tracks under moonlight. We're on the hunt for awesome volunteers to help us at the Kendal Mountain Trail Runs on Saturday 21st November!⁠ ⁠ Whether you're up for lending a hand at a marshal point or refilling bottles at an outpost, we'd love to have you as part of our team. What can you expect at this Saturdays Maverick Dark Hampshire Gravel 🎃 👻......⁠ ⁠ For this Halloween special we're heading into the dark of Alice Holt Forest for one of the most fun events of the year. Strap on your head torch and take on 1, 2 or 3 laps through this ancient Hampshire woodland - wide forest tracks, tree-lined avenues and owls overhead. Hot food and fire pits waiting at the finish.⁠ ⁠ Key info below:⁠ ⁠ 📍 Alice Holt Forest, Bucks Horn Oak, Farnham, Hampshire⁠ ⁠ ⏰ All distances: 18:30 (registration from 17:30)⁠ ⁠ 🌿 Ancient woodland loops through the South Downs National Park - wide forest tracks and tree-lined avenues, looped format for all distances!⁠ ⁠ 🤝 Fully marked course, outpost on each lap, finishers medal, hot food and fire pits at the finish!
