NORFOLK IS NOT FOR SALE. 🚨
And our countryside should not be the price we pay for someone else’s profits.
A staggering 150MW data centre is being proposed on the southern gateway to Norwich. An enormous industrial development that could change this beautiful part of Norfolk forever.
And for what?
Where is the overwhelming local benefit? Where is the credible plan for the waste heat? Where are the guarantees that local families won’t be left living with the consequences?
We are being asked to accept irreversible change in exchange for promises that have yet to be convincingly demonstrated.
This isn’t about opposing technology. It’s about refusing to accept that progress must come at any price.
To South Norfolk Council: please remember who you represent. The people who live here. The families raising children here. The generations who will inherit the decisions you make today.
Because once this landscape is lost, we don’t get it back.
And here’s what should concern everyone, wherever you live in Britain:
If they can do this here, they can do it anywhere.
Please watch. Please share. Please make your voice heard.
This is bigger than one data centre. It’s about what kind of country we want to leave behind.
Norfolk isn’t for sale. And neither is our future. ❤️

In a world of AI, genuine human connection matters more than ever.
I love that in just 6 months since we launched HP Racing, the show has had over 35m views.
And this week we did our first live show in New York.
I got to meet an audience of hundreds, but what was incredible was the connection.
John and Laura brought home-made High Performance badges.
Tom brought his own BS Corner sign.
Dan gave us copies of his book.
Abraham brought a Bureau of Waste Water fluorescent top.
Not just gifts. Reminders that HP Racing has connected with people.
And that connection can never be created by Artificial Intelligence.

A little bit of personal news…
I'm really happy to share that I've signed with M&C Saatchi.
I've been thinking a lot recently about the next chapter of my career. Not because I want to leave anything behind, but because I feel more excited than ever about what's ahead.
Broadcasting has given me a life and career I could never have imagined. I've met extraordinary people, been part of some unforgettable moments and learnt more than I probably realised at the time.
Then came the adventure of building Whisper. Starting a business, making plenty of mistakes, surrounding myself with brilliant people and discovering just how rewarding (and challenging!) it can be to create something from nothing.
And more recently, building High Performance has opened my eyes to something I genuinely believe is one of the most exciting changes the media industry has seen in decades.
The creator economy.
The relationship between audiences, talent, brands and content is changing incredibly quickly. And I think we're only just beginning to understand the opportunities that creates.
I want to be part of it.
I want to take everything I've learnt from broadcasting, business and creating content, and see where it can lead. I want to keep asking questions, trying new things, taking a few risks and hopefully building things that matter.
But I've also learnt that the people you surround yourself with make all the difference.
Which is why finding the right partners for this next chapter felt so important.
I'm hugely excited to be working with the team at M&C Saatchi. People who understand both where I've come from and, more importantly, where I hope to go.
I'm grateful for everything that's brought me to this point. But I'm nowhere near ready to settle for what I've already done.
There's still so much to learn. So much to create. And hopefully plenty more mistakes to make along the way.
Here's to staying curious, staying ambitious and never believing that your best work has to be behind you.

How do you find the words to tell your children you have motor neurone disease? ❤️
I honestly don’t know how you prepare for a conversation like that.
But listening to @lewismoody7 talk about telling his children, and hearing the way he’s choosing to face what lies ahead, has really stayed with me.
Because Lewis isn’t choosing positivity because life is easy. He’s choosing it when life is unimaginably hard.
And there’s something incredibly powerful about that.
He’s reminding us that even when we can’t choose what happens to us, we can still have a say in how we live, how we love and how we spend the time we have.
I’m so grateful to Lewis for his honesty, his vulnerability and his extraordinary courage.
Please, please share this clip. Somewhere, someone is facing their own frightening news, their own difficult conversation, their own uncertain future. And Lewis’s words might be exactly what they need to hear.
