I believe AI creators working with AI deserve a title that reflects their imagination, storytelling and craft. At GenTube, we call them GenCreators. Much like the shift from “influencers” to “content creators”, this name puts greater emphasis on what people create and the value they bring. Behind every compelling AI film is someone making creative decisions, shaping a story and refining every scene. That’s why I’m excited about the Tencent Cloud “AI CAN DO IT” Hackathon — AI Film & Creative Challenge 2026, co-hosted by Tencent Cloud and GenTube. With the theme “The Impossible, Made Possible by AI!”, the challenge invites filmmakers, content creators, storytellers and AI enthusiasts to imagine how AI could break barriers, overcome challenges and transform lives. Participants will bring these ideas to life with GenTube Creator, powered by Tencent Cloud WAND, and Miora.
