Falling from the sky, clinging to the trees, and even in the form of the Raincon mascot! 💧⁠ ⁠ Raincon takes place next week, November 13th through 15th, at the Rainforest Arts Center. It's an annual convention for Forks and surrounding communities (including residents and tourists!) that always delivers something special for fans of nerd culture, including comic books, games, and more!⁠ ⁠ Best of all, admission is free for everyone. In honor of Teddy Roosevelt's birthday, entrance fees are waived at national parks across the country today! This is a perfect opportunuty to get outside and experience the beauty of Olympic National Park, completely free. ⁠ ⁠ 💡 Theodore Roosevelt played a major role in shaping America’s conservation movement, protecting roughly 230 million acres of public land during his presidency.
