Now taking orders for the Equal-Length 4-2-1 Mid-Rise K24 Header.
Fits:
ZN (FR-S / BRZ / 86) – test-fitted on KPower mounts
AE86 – test-fitted on JSP mounts
Features:
CAD-designed, equal-length mid-rise layout
304 stainless steel standard (321 stainless and Inconel available as options)
Stepped primaries and tuned secondary lengths to get the most out of the 4-2-1 scavenging effect
Smooth, low-angle merges
Slip-fit connections at the runners
4-1 option is all available (peak numbers)
2.5" V-band exit (can be 3" upon request), with an optional ZN 3" expansion mid-pipe and flex section (see last slide)
Designed for optimal ground clearance
What does this all mean?
I’ve put an immense amount of time into this design. It’s the culmination of everything I’ve been learning, and I am very proud of the outcome. On paper, I threw everything at this layout to extract the most out of the K24—Built for a strong mid-range, better high-end power, and a wider torque band. This setup will eventually make its way into my personal 86, and I’m looking forward to putting it through the wringer and sharing dyno results down the road.
Lead times are 4–8 weeks for this batch, depending on the time of order. It is first-come, first-served, and only a deposit is required to get started.

AE86 K24 321ss high rise 4-1 headers utilizing @stainless_bros new printed collector .
We decided the current exhaust was less than ideal so we'll be adding some bits to really get the right sound out of these. Then we'll be sure to post up the results.

A couple more of the "Danh" high rise Beams AE86 headers shipped out. Now is the time to get in line for the next batch!
Some advantages over other designs, 4-2-1 design produces more mid range power. It is better suited for drifting and most kinds of racing that this motor/chassis combo is used for. They end after the infamously hard to get around steering shaft and under the car. They are all test fitted in a swapped 86. Elbows used to prioritize ideal design and routing.
- These are 4-2-1.
- Equal length as possible with this design.
- Ideal Merge Angles.
- 3 pieces for ease of installation/ option of 1 piece
- No aftermarket water neck required if you're willing to cut your stock one where the hook bolts to.
- All @stainless_bros high quality material.
- Now confirmed they fit TE7X corrolla and RA23/8 Celicas .

This is for a SEMA Beams NEO86 ZN (FRS/BRZ).
He wanted the classic look of a uniform high rise, and it should fit the overall theme of the car.
A pretty fun project. @drvn.daniel had a mesh sent over to work off of, and I was able to design it using CAD @adskfusion and make everything in-house without the car and from a handful of states away.
I find this way more possible when the material is perfectly consistent and, of course, beautiful, so I stick to @stainless_bros

Gearing up to open orders for the first batch for these mid rise and high rise headers for the AE86 k24 and ZN (frs/brz) k24 swaps.
I wanted to test one final upgrade. If you are not interested in the upgrade DM me.
Currently working on the next steps to get metal 3D-printed prototypes of these merges collector to test fit.

Another detail on these, they are sporting @stainless_bros Double slip fit. These seal up better then traditional slip fits.
