Teaching Wifey A Couple Things! 1. How to get into the ball with the lower half 2. Setting direction with the body 3. Loading The Hands She gets stuck in her lower half and just pushes her hands forward. This is going to limit power no matter how strong you are. Load & Stride Into The Legs Have a problem with your stride length or direction? Give this a try. Put an obstacle 6 inches in front of your normal stride and clear the obstacle when you go forward. This will force you to load into your legs and control your forward movement.
