Put the odds in your favor. WorkMode is (almost) here. We are sharing our sport specific training app with the public in the coming weeks. At WorkMode we’re building the next generation of athletes, with the next generation of athletes through targeted strength, conditioning, recovery and sport specific skills and training programs. Our founder @mlorenzen21 and his elite team of coaches have built all of these programs just for you. In addition to the ever-growing library of strength, conditioning and recovery workouts from Michael’s hand-selected coaches that are curated for ALL WorkMode Athletes from any sport. Our MVP Baseball vertical will be the first sport specific skills program launching on the app. In these skills programs, Michael shares his throwing toolkit, bigger faster stronger strength programs, hitting techniques, arm care, yoga flow’s & functional hypertrophy exercises. Michael’s vision for WorkMode is to be the go-to community for athletes who want to improve their performance, health, and well-being. We want to provide personalized guidance and support from a team of experienced coaches, trainers, and recovery experts who all are training and competing with the top athletes in the world. 22 Dec 2023

Pro-Rated Refunds (Annual Subscribers) Annual subscribers will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of their subscription. No action needed—refunds will be processed automatically through the App Store. It may be advanced for some so take your time. ➡️Practice getting from the knees and landing on 2 feet before jumping right into getting up from the knees to one foot. If you can’t get up from the knees quite yet just start from your feet instead of your knees. 👊🏼 05 Dec 2024
