Imagine a VPN actually INCREASING your internet speed. Yup, that’s actually possible.
Most VPN protocols were never built for speed. Dausos is.
With a dedicated tunnel for every user and encryption optimized for modern hardware, it delivers up to 30% faster connections. Your own lane, zero traffic jams.

I'm a researcher at Surfshark, and I wanted to understand how fake airline support groups actually work on Facebook. Not in theory. In practice.
So I searched for groups claiming to be customer support, complaint, or refund channels for Europe's largest airlines. I found 39 of them with 220,018 members between them. Same patterns, same tactics. This isn't random. It's a coordinated network.
Then I took it a step further. I made contact, played along, and recorded the call. The scammer was polished, confident, and walked me through a script designed to feel like real customer service.

It hasn't been a good year for smart TVs. Oh, sorry, I mean it hasn't been a good year for your privacy if you own a smart TV.
Suspicious data collection practices, random screenshots taken of your TV without your knowledge, and even your voice being recorded even when the screen is off... LG seems to treat your personal data like it's an open buffet.
If you own an LG TV, did you know any of this?

The GTA 6 scam wave is rolling in before the game is even out.
212 fake domains were tracked by mid-August. Triple the summer growth. 27% already flagged as scams. And 7,500+ people a month are searching for a PC or mobile version that Rockstar hasn't made, yet.
Anything selling early access, a "leaked playable build," or a crypto pre-order is a scam. Save your hype (and your wallet) for the real thing.

So, this kinda crazy...
A tech journalist installed Muse, the #1 AI chatbot on the App Store in the US right now, to check how it works and instead got his messages snooped.
He specifically declined to give it access to his messages. Instead, Muse had quietly synced his local Messages database up to row 187,462.
According to our recent research, Meta AI and Muse together collect 33 and 31 out of 35 data types listed on the Apple App Store. The average across 12 AI chatbots? 13.
Meta says it cares about cybersecurity. Privacy seems to be a different story.

In a single year, Americans lost at least $5.75 billion to online and phone scams. Not gradually over decades. In one year.

The scariest thing this Halloween isn't a ghost. It's your coffee maker knowing every single embarrassing and private detail about you.
When your coffee maker knows your schedule, your eating habits, and your calendar details, maybe it's time to check what you've been giving it access to.
Your smart devices are always listening. They just don't usually talk back. Happy Spooktober. Oh, and check your app permissions.

The real horror movie? Experiencing identity theft.

Apparently, the new AI helper is just a familiar face for a very old habit. It’s the same data collection engine we’ve seen before, just wrapped in a more conversational interface.

Fake tech support might be the scariest thing on your screen this October.

The World of Warcraft: Forever announcement at BlizzCon 2026 didn't just hype up fans, it sent scammers straight to work.
In the two weeks after the reveal, we tracked 147 new WoW: Forever-themed domains, nearly double the pace seen after GTA 6 announcement.
The bait is familiar to any MMORPG player: free beta access, cheap gold, shortcuts that feel just plausible enough. What scammers actually want is your login and payment details.
A good rule for the next few weeks: if it's not from Blizzard, it's not worth the click.
