Getting a wave from Lorde is pretty hard to beat, but for REVERB volunteer Maggie O’Leary, one of the best surprises was discovering a passion she never knew she had. Along with some pretty unforgettable concert memories (including meeting Jack Johnson!), Maggie gained confidence talking with fans about reducing plastic waste and making more sustainable choices.
