Visiting Kailasa at 5600 meters height once, we were performing a 3-day long kora. The first two days I and Murad spent walking separately, while subconsciously each of us had his weaknesses to deal with. Only by replenishing yourself, collecting yourself personally and spiritually, you may unite to perform a total breakthrough. I remember the third day, when we finally got to hold our hands together. And yet these were different us completing this pilgrimage. Just the same way yesterday forgetting about all photographers, having spotted Murad, I just ran straight to him.
It meant a lot to me grabbing him by hand and simply feel the same.

Когда мы были на Кайласе и проходили трехдневную кору, на высоте 5600, первые два дня мы прошли с Мурадом не вместе, нам подсознательно было важно каждому проработать свои слабые моменты, потому что лишь наполнив себя, целостно собрав себя (личностно и духовно), ты сможешь в союзе вместе сделать прорыв в космос. Помню, как третий день мы взялись за руки и уже абсолютно другие завершили наше поломничество. Так же на дорожке вчера увидев Мура я побежала к нему забыв о фотографах, мне важно было взять его за руку и это почувствовать.

20 лет я ждала эту встречу. Когда мне было 17 и я попросила Вселенную дать мне знания и путь, ко мне в руки пришли тибетские-буддисткие практики. Так начался мой путь. Он не про быстрый результат или публичные фотографии-этот путь долгой трансформации, осознаний, учителей и ежедневной, монотонной практики и познания себя. Я конечно же давно хотела встретиться с Его Святейшеством, но так, чтобы это было своевременно. Три отказа, сломанный зуб, разочарование и принятие, и вот я сегодня смотрю в глаза Его Святейшеству. Когда он зашел-потекли слезы, а как только стала приближаться необъяснимая легкость и радость. Сильнейшее поле и нахождение в моменте, через его глаза смотрел космос.
И как мне сказали сегодня друзья: «когда учитель видит своего ученика он ему отказывает, чтобы проверить его веру и верность»

Your state of mind is not a talent. It’s a skill -and like any skill, it can be trained.
For me, meditation is about much more than spiritual growth or personal exploration. It’s a way to train and direct my attention, to become more aware of what’s happening within me, and to learn how to consciously work with my own state of mind.
Твоё внутреннее состояние-не талант, а навык. А значит, его можно развивать и учиться им управлять.
Для меня любая медитативная практика -это гораздо больше, чем духовный опыт или личностный рост. Это способ тренировать своё внимание, лучше понимать, что происходит внутри, и учиться осознанно работать со своим состоянием.

My experience at Gyuto Monastery, one of the most important tantric monasteries in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, was truly unforgettable.
