Wow — „Kühe kuscheln“ auf Platz 10 der Spiegel Bestseller Liste🥹❤️🙏
Dass mein Herzensprojekt in der ersten Woche nach Veröffentlichung als höchster Neueinsteiger in der Kategorie Sachbuch/Paperback gelistet ist, macht mich stolz. Aber vor allem freue ich mich darüber, dass den Tieren, unserer Arbeit und dem Lebenshof Konzept damit eine Stimme gegeben wird🙏❤️

In dem Buch „Kühe kuscheln“ (@gu.verlag) erzähle ich meine persönliche Geschichte. Über die besondere Verbindung zu Kühen, die weit in meine Kindheit reicht. Der „urbanen Auszeit“ sowie darüber, dass zwei Kühe der Schlüssel für ein erfülltes Leben und ein wundervolles Lebenshofprojekt waren.
Ich wünsche mir, dass unsere gemeinsamen Erlebnisse viele Herzen berühren, so wie das Leben mit den Tieren jeden Tag das meine berührt. ❤️

Joar Berge besaß schon als Kind eine außergewöhnliche Verbindung zu Kühen, die sein gesamtes Leben prägen sollte. Nach Jahren exzessiven Stadtlebens in verschiedenen Metropolen folgt Joar seinem eigentlichen Traum und schenkt den Rindern Dagi und Emma einen Lebensplatz. Diese Entscheidung gab seinem Leben eine komplett andere Richtung und offenbarte ihm den Stellenwert besonderer Tier-Mensch-Beziehungen. Unzählige Stunden verbringt Joar seitdem auf der Kuhweide, fügt sich in den Rhythmus der größer werdenden Kuhherde ein und lässt uns an seinen Erlebnissen teilhaben. Dann trifft Joar eine weitere richtungsweisende Entscheidung – nicht nur für sein eigenes Leben: Gemeinsam mit Freunden gründet er einen Lebenshof für Tiere. Damit wird sein Traum zur persönlichen Berufung. In der folgenden Zeit durchlebt Joar einen Prozess, der nicht nur seinen eigenen Weg zum inneren Glück beschreibt, sondern auch viele andere für die besondere Beziehung und den Umgang mit Tieren inspiriert.

Sometimes, when I hold Mogli in my arms, I think back to the day I first carried him home. ❤️
He was just a tiny, sick little calf. So small that I could carry him in my arms. I’ll never forget that moment.
Mogli faced so many health challenges in his early life. But he was a little fighter and never gave up.
Today, that tiny calf has grown into a big, beautiful steer. A gentle giant with the sweetest soul.
And every time we cuddle, I can’t help but think about that little boy I once carried in my arms.
Only now, he’s the one who could easily carry me. 🥹❤️

Some things never change. ❤️
As a child, walking with calves was one of the happiest parts of my life. And somehow, all these years later, that feeling is still exactly the same.
Last year, the universe brought @bubis_wonder into my life — a calf who will always stay small.
How lucky can one person be? 💫
Rexi, the calf from my childhood, planted the seed for everything I do today. Caring for animals and giving them a voice has become my purpose in life.

Whenever I spend time with @bubis_wonder and Eddy, I somehow become little Joar again.
The boy I once was, happiest when surrounded by calves. Those are some of the warmest memories of my childhood.
Bubi and Eddy experience the world a little differently. Because of their cognitive challenges, there is something wonderfully childlike about them — even though technically, they’re not calves anymore.
Just being together, curious about the world, and happy in this very moment. ❤️💫

„Wenn ich ein Idol habe, dann ist es Jane.“ 💚
Wir sind noch immer bewegt von dem, was der Making a Difference Abend 2026 war.
@moustache_farmer teilt, was ihn mit Dr. Jane Goodall verbindet. Und warum sie für ihn mehr als eine Wissenschaftlerin war. Sie war jemand, der auch dann Hoffnung gegeben hat, wenn die Situation aussichtslos erschien. Jemand, der nicht aufgehört hat zu glauben, dass Veränderung möglich ist.
Genau das war der Geist des Making a Difference Abends 2026. Ein Abend, an dem Menschen zusammengekommen sind, die alle auf ihre Art Hoffnung tragen und weitergeben. Die nicht wegschauen. Die handeln.
Danke @moustache_farmer für deine Worte. Und danke an alle, die an diesem Abend dabei waren und diesen Geist mit nach Hause genommen haben.
