What an incredible journey creating costumes for The Pussycat Dolls in São Paulo, Brazil! On October 13, I flew to London for one of our final shows and to take measurements for three custom Act Three looks for Nicole, Ashley, and Kimberly. What began as three costumes quickly became something much bigger! Five days into the project, we learned that additional looks were needed, including new opening costumes inspired by deconstructed fabrics and the colors of São Paulo’s flag. After returning to Madrid on October 18, I realized I’d left an important suitcase in London and had to fly back to retrieve it! By October 20, our sewing team had just FOUR AND A HALF DAYS to create more than eight custom looks! What happened inside our Madrid atelier was extraordinary. Every member of our sewing crew poured their heart into this project, working tirelessly through patternmaking, cutting, draping, construction, fittings, hand-sewing, and countless last-minute adjustments. Every seam, every detail, and every finishing touch required precision, patience, and incredible craftsmanship. Our team worked around the clock, pushing through exhaustion with one goal: making every costume stage-ready. And we did it! EVERY SINGLE LOOK MADE IT TO THE STAGE! Watching Nicole, Ashley, and Kimberly bring these creations to life made every sleepless night worthwhile. Here’s a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the dedication, teamwork, and craftsmanship behind the opening looks. Fashion is so much more than what you see onstage. It’s the talented hands, countless hours, and extraordinary people behind every garment. To my incredible Michael Costello Madrid sewing team, THANK YOU! Today, I came to church simply to pray, to talk to God, and to open my heart. As I sat here, I asked myself, why aren’t more people using their influence and platforms to bring others closer to God? We use our influence to sell products, promote businesses, and secure brand deals, and that’s wonderful. But what if we used that same influence to inspire someone to pray, come to church, or find Jesus Christ? God teaches us to pray in private, but He also calls us to be witnesses of His Word. What kind of witnesses would we be if we never shared His love? Today, something extraordinary happened while I prayed. Beautiful words began flowing through me, words I never imagined speaking. I began asking God for things I had never thought to ask for before. When I opened my eyes, I felt something so powerful, so holy. I believe it was the Holy Spirit. And I want to share this with you. The next time you pray, think about what you’re asking God for. Instead of only asking for money, a better job, a relationship, or changed circumstances, ask Him to open your eyes, enlighten your mind, enrich your soul, and fill your heart with peace, joy, gratitude, and understanding. Ask Him to reveal what you cannot see, remove what isn’t meant for you, and guide you toward His purpose. Ask for wisdom before wealth, peace before possessions, and faith before fear. Sometimes God’s greatest blessing isn’t giving us what we want, but revealing what we truly need. Today, I may not have received the answers I came looking for, but I received something far greater. I felt the Holy Spirit moving through my blood, my veins, my heart, my mind, and my soul. Perhaps that was the answer all along. I came to church asking God to hear me, and I left realizing He was asking me to listen. If you have a voice, speak His name. If you have a platform, spread His Word. If you have influence, use it to bring someone closer to Jesus. Because the greatest influence isn’t convincing someone to buy something. It’s inspiring someone to believe in Someone. All glory, honor, and praise belong to You, Father. In Jesus Christ’s holy name, Amen. 🙏🏻🤍
