Two years ago, we launched our first fragrance, Retrospect — a scent rooted in the past, inspired by the perfumes we grew up loving. But with MERIT New Wave, we focused on how we wanted to feel right now: powerful, sensual and optimistic. The result is two extrait de parfums that couldn’t be more different. Retrospect is soft, floral and skin-like — a scent built on vintage notes rarely used today, like orris and violet. MERIT New Wave is warm, radiant and spicy — a deep, resinous fragrance that projects, with notes of pink pepper, honeyed florals and oakwood. They’re both rich, complex and made to evolve throughout the day — but with two entirely different personalities.
