Et si je te dis : “Photographe personnel dans le basket suisse, à jamais le premier” ;
Ce n’est pas une question d’ego.
C’est simplement la fierté d’avoir osé commencer quelque chose de nouveau.
22 matchs plus tard, je comprends encore plus pourquoi ce projet a changé ma manière de voir la photographie.
Cette saison, je n’ai pas seulement photographié du basket.
J’ai documenté des émotions, des silences, des victoires, des soirées compliquées, des regards, des routines, des moments que peu de personnes voient réellement.
Être photographe personnel d’un athlète, ce n’est pas simplement faire de “belles photos”.
C’est apprendre à raconter une histoire dans la durée.
Être présent dans les grands moments comme dans les plus difficiles.
Créer sous pression.
S’adapter.
Évoluer.
Pendant trois années, j’ai travaillé dans le monde du basket suisse comme vidéaste puis photographe de club.
Mais devenir photographe personnel était une vraie envie de découverte.
Une envie qui me tenait profondément à cœur.
L’envie de raconter autrement.
Plus humainement.
Plus intimement.
Plus sincèrement.
Cette expérience avec Bryan Colon m’a fait évolué techniquement, mentalement et humainement.
Dans un milieu où ce rôle existait encore très peu, voire pas du tout dans le basketball suisse, j’ai simplement voulu construire quelque chose de nouveau et différent.
Ce mandat était une réelle motivation et ce n’est que le début.

ATHLETISSIMA 2026 📸
Third year working with Athletissima, but this one felt a little different.
After two years behind the video camera 📹, I had the opportunity to return as an official photographer for this year’s edition.
Being on the infield, so close to some of the world’s best athletes, was an incredible privilege. A lot of pressure, definitely, but even more excitement and enjoyment. 🖖🏼
From the intensity of competition to the emotions, celebrations and little moments in between, here are a few of my favorite frames from an unforgettable experience.
And yes, this was also the day my lens 70–200mm had a little accident and ended up on sick leave. 😅💔 I’ve slowed things down a little behind the camera since then, but I’ll be back very soon! ⏳🏴☠️

Défaite amère en quart de finale. Mais peu importe le résultat, on ne s’arrête pas là. 😉

A race I had wanted to experience and photograph for a long time. I came with a lot of excitement, but probably not with the preparation this terrain deserved.
OCC (Orsières & Chamonix) - CCC (Champex-Lac)
I quickly realized that moving through this race was much harder than I had imagined.
Looking back, I know I could have prepared differently.
I wanted to tell more of the mountains. More of the effort. More of the race.
So I started looking differently.
And I found what I always come back to: people and emotions.
Orsières. Champex-Lac. Chamonix. Three places I won’t forget.
Sometimes, a few seconds tell more than the race itself.
Not only photographs. People, places, emotions and memories.
Some experiences don’t need to be perfect to become precious.
First UTMB. Definitely not the last. ⏳🖖🏼

Back as personal photographer for @3x3teamantwerp 🇧🇪 at @3x3wtlausanne 🇨🇭
In 2025, it ended on Friday. This time, we made it to Saturday.
More time together. More moments to understand.
The game is only part of the story.
Some moments happen away from the court.
And some happen when nobody seems to be watching.
A team is never just the players on the court.
The closer I get, the more my way of seeing the game changes.
Sometimes you need to step away.
Sometimes you need to step back.
This is where I want to be. Close to the people. Close to the story.

Three hours. One corner. No reason to leave.
I didn’t come to @sierrezinal_officiel with a specific plan.
I usually move around a lot when I shoot, always looking for new angles, different light and new moments. But somewhere on the final climb to Zinal, just before the runners disappeared into the tunnel, I found a place I simply didn’t want to leave.
Music. Cowbells. Smiles. Noise.
The @proto.runningclub bringing incredible energy.
Supporters giving everything they had to runners who had already given so much.
What looks like one final short climb feels completely different after hours in the mountains.
And for more than three hours, this corner became my entire Sierre Zinal.
No need to chase the next spot. No need to overthink it. Just being present and documenting what was happening right in front of me.
Through this series, I also wanted to capture the identity of this place. The atmosphere created around Salomon, the details, the signs, the shoes, the athletes and, above all, the people who made this small part of the course feel so special.
Sometimes the best plan is the one you never made.
I came looking for photographs.
I stayed because of the feeling.
