If I had a dollar for every time I got asked!!! How did I cover my neck on the wedding? The video has ALL details plus READ THE CAPTION👇🏽 for some tips below for you LOVELY brides to be 💕 #hijabibride 1. If you’re doing a customized dress, make sure to ask the designer to do a higher neck for you (maybe with a button or zipper in the back). I had asked the same unfortunately my designer made a mistake :)) 2. CHOOSE your jewelry WISELY! Jewellery can cover up so much and still look so beautiful. Please choose soft jewelry that can be worn easily. Gives a MUCH beautiful look than hard ones and it helps the process of covering up. 3. If you end up in a situation like mine where you planned and planned but the dresses did not end up modest enough. Use either of the methods I mentioned above. It’s super easy to fix ANYTHING! 4. I stitched the neck piece from my local tailor. Take a screenshot of where I show the neck and get it stitched. 5. PLEASE make sure if you’re covering your neck with extra fabric, color match it! 6. If you’re shortening your dress (like I did my wedding dress) you can ask the designer to use that fabric (if the embroidery matches) to cover up some extra portion of the chest. I did the same with my wedding dress and then had to use small fabrics to cover just my neck (the chest was covered by dress fabric) That’s all!
