One of the most frequent questions we’ve gotten about Spaghetti Strap is “When are you going to release the recordings?”Well, today is that day: the iconic, definitive b2b between @julianahuxtable and @djnita is live now on our SoundCloud.
In August 2025 Nita & Juliana agreed to join us for a now-legendary back-to-back set to close out Spaghetti Strap. Words can’t really capture the electricity from the room that night (but we’ll still try). What started as a 3 hour b2b exploded into a nearly 5 hour dialog between two of Brooklyn’s greatest artists and DJs. The pair relentlessly pumped through every genre of music you’d want to hear in the club right now, from techno to electroclash and reggaeton, whipping the crowd into frenzied ecstasy.

@julianahuxtable shares her dream line-up from Open to Close.
Seated in the Lynchian basement club Brokat 89 at @unsoundfestival in Kraków, Juliana guides us through her fantasy.

Juliana Huxtable - Live at Dripping 2026 is now up!
One of the greatest living DJs and a foundational inspiration for Dripping, Juliana Huxtable closed out the festival with a mammoth 5+ hour, indoor->outdoor journey. Raw yet refined, twisted, grooving, bold, fearless - it was all this and so much more. In Juju we trust! Listen back to parts 1 and 2 on our SoundCloud.

“Carboniferous” is a collaborative poem written by @julianahuxtable and myself via text message and performed at her lush laboratory multimedia performance party Club RAT💥 now published in @systemsofrelease ISSUE 3.
we really woke it all the way up!!! 🪷🦎 i had so much fun re-imagining landscapes and timelines, puncturing the material with the immaterial, creating semantic illusions towards an exuberant and liberated alternate psychedelic reality: dolls, ecstatic states, mutation, primitive flora, space-time reconstruction, paleozoic cunt
thank you so much to the fab @systemsofrelease team for this nasty design and curation!!!

New on our roster - @julianahuxtable
For bookings in The Americas: [email protected] & [email protected]
Using the structures of music as mediums in her multi-media universe, Juliana Huxtable is a DJ and musician singular in her approach. Where her visual art and poetry navigate the complexification of desire in a life increasingly mediated by technology, her music utilizes the sounds of technology itself to construct parallel realities to be inhabited and embodied in rhythm and harmonic tableaux.

does @julianahuxtable choose london over new york?
for the first episode of our new series, trippin with, we step into the photo booth with juliana huxtable to chat about nightlife horror stories, global inspiration and sea creature alter egos.
a multidisciplinary artist whose work spans text-based prints, music and poetic performance, juliana’s creative world straddles both clubs and gallery spaces across cities around the world.
do you agree: london for art, new york for style?

Echoes of the NYC club scene permeate the energetic drums of ‘Exorcise the Language of Domination’, where Juliana Huxtable’s spoken performance complements the shifting movements and tones of the music. The album arrives on May 8.
“My producer brain thought this was the track that would be best suited for her vocals. I hinted, ‘what do you think of this one?’ as we listened to my demos. She went straight into her notes and picked passages to accompany the first section of the track. From there, it became a year-long process of development. It required time and space for this gem to evolve, but I think it’s one of the most powerful tracks on the album.” — TYGAPAW.

Inside every good poem, there’s music. Few understand this better than the luminous Juliana Huxtable (@julianahuxtable), and we are thrilled to feature her newest poem in our Spring/Summer 2026 issue. Both accusation and incantation, “How much wood would a woodpecker” raises the question of our time: what is our humanity being traded for?
Read an excerpt above.
Juliana Huxtable is a multidisciplinary artist, writer, poet, performer, and DJ. She is a prominent multimedia experimentalist and a co-founder of 𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙘𝙠 𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚, a New York City-based nightlife collective run by women artists. After publishing her debut collection of poems, essays, and performance scripts, 𝙈𝙪𝙘𝙪𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙈𝙮 𝙋𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙂𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙 (2017), and co-authoring the novel 𝙇𝙞𝙛𝙚 (2017) with Hannah Black, Huxtable was awarded the prestigious United States Artists Fellowship (2019). Her work has been exhibited widely at institutions including the Museum of Modern Art, MoMA PS1, White Columns, the New Museum, the Whitney Museum, the Guggenheim, and Frieze Projects, among others.
“At once an assertion of freedom and an ode to the evolutionary structure of electronic music subcultures, [Huxtable] aspires to the sublime in what can often only be described as witchcraft behind the decks; seance from the stage.”
—Goethe-Institut London, 2020
