Welcome back! It’s been a while, and I thought it would be a good time to reintroduce myself. I’m Jessica, and I started this Instagram page with a simple goal: to inspire others through my story and my training. When I was younger, I found myself in a toxic relationship that sparked a desire to learn how to defend myself. That’s when I started boxing. After seven months of training, I entered my first tournament. I won the first two rounds and lost in the final, but in that moment, I proved to myself that I was capable of so much more than I had ever imagined. Soon after that, I transitioned to Muay Thai, fought a few more times, and eventually moved to Australia where my journey continued. In total, I fought 13 amateur matches across boxing and kickboxing, and loved every second of it. Fighting has taught me invaluable lessons, and I know my journey is far from over. Most importantly, it has revealed a passion within me that I didn’t know existed, and proven that I am far stronger and more resilient than I ever thought possible. It has shown me that the human body is truly powerful when we love and care for it, and it has sparked a deep love for teaching others—especially women—how to defend themselves. Most of all, it has taught me that no one, and I mean NO ONE, can make you feel inferior without your consent. I’ve learned not to judge a book by its cover because you never truly know what someone has been through. And what was once used to harm me can now be used for good. I never set out to become Instagram famous, nor am I an influencer boxer. I’m just a girl with a deep passion for what I do, and a mission to break toxic cycles. My hope is that everyone who comes across my story understands their own worth, finds the strength to pursue their dreams, and refuses to take no for an answer. 06 Feb 2025

What an honor and privilege it was to be a guest at La Femme Fight Night. It was also Milwaukee’s FIRST USA Boxing-sanctioned women’s fight — bringing together fierce female fighters for one unforgettable night of boxing and community. One ring. All women. History in the making— and I’m so honored I got to be apart of it. Shout out to every single woman and girl who fought! I got to watch seasoned young fighters, National champs all the way to girls stepping into the ring for the first time 😭🥹 I also love what boxing has taught these women! This is what we need more of. He said: “you’re going to strike 3 times on one leg” My response: “uhmmmm” Learning this new style of kickboxing has been very challenging for me but also extremely rewarding. It has been a blend of hand speed, snappy kicks and tricky moves- which I love. It’s not perfect but I enjoy the challenge. This year has been a year of learning in general and I have really enjoyed being a beginner again. 18 Oct 2026
