More from us. More by us. More for all.
Gold House is where culture shapes global opportunity. As part of our expansion, we’re excited to announce new ways for the world to connect and collaborate across holidays and celebrations.
Starting with Lunar New Year, we’re working with partners and other organizations to expand these cultural moments to the masses through products, education, content, and more.
In 2026, expect so much more.

When Gold House began, our logo put the G of Gold front and center—because our original mission was clear: to more authentically, aspirationally, and unabashedly position Asian Pacific culture in the mainstream. That work mattered. And it worked. Today, Asian Pacific culture is no longer niche—it’s shaping the world.
So as our mission expands from representation to connection growth, our logo evolves with it. Our new mark uses two mirrored G’s to form a gateway—a door, a threshold—because we now exist to unite the world through Asian Pacific culture and unlock shared opportunity. At its center is an H—a holistic home—formed by two figures coming together, representing what we believe most: that culture doesn’t just reflect who we are—it creates the highest form of growth, the kind that emerges when we come together.
We’re also shifting from a shiny, metallic gold to a flat, matte hue. The old gold shimmered like aspiration; the new gold stands like conviction. It’s less about spectacle and more about substance—less about polish and more about presence. Alongside this, we’ve introduced a new typeface that’s warmer, more human, and more open, reflecting our evolution from an orchestrated grassroots movement into a global cultural platform. From consumer products to mainstreaming cultural holidays and history-making consulting to investing in the next generation of creators and founders on the world’s biggest stages, this new identity reflects who we’ve become: not just a house you visit—but a home you build from. Gold House is a platform where culture shapes global opportunity. And we’re just getting started—again.

No limits. Fully unbounded. From our home to yours.
Welcome to the next chapter of Gold House: as we shift into a new look, we’re investing in new ways for you to participate—from membership to creative investments to collaborative ventures—so that anyone who believes in this mission can help shape it.
We’re doubling down on our history-making consulting, investments, and platforming of Asian Pacific creatives and founders—especially the next generation. We’re launching new cultural touchpoints in more industries, expanding the Gold House experience even further. And our north star, cultural GDP, will push us forward to transform rhetoric into concrete capital and resources.

Love, class, and the unexpected connections in between. 💛 #PossibleLove marks the return of auteur filmmaker Lee Chang-dong to the big screen. As South Korea's official submission for the 2027 Academy Awards, the film holds the weight of a much larger cultural conversation and taps into questions of desire and sacrifice.

Do it. Wear it. Say it. No permission needed. Period. ✨
In celebration of Diwali, the Festival of Lights, @goldhouseco hosted its largest-ever Gold Diwali Celebration in Los Angeles, bringing together some of the biggest names in the South Asian community. Gold House partnered with Anita Dongre to create a one-of-a-kind cultural artifact: the Anita Dongre Carrom Board.
A fixture of South Asian tabletop gaming since the 18th century, the carrom board acts as a surface where every piece moves through a shared world. Anita Dongre and her team asked the question, “What if nature worked the same way?” The artwork divides the board into four realms—sky, water, earth, air—and honors the balance of nature through its form and gameplay.
We’re incredibly honored to work with Anita on this piece, debuting it at our recent #GoldDiwali celebration. Stay tuned, as we continue to share the story behind this stunning work of art.

Congrats to multi-award-winning Creator, Showrunner, Executive Producer, Director, and Writer Lee Sung Jin on launching his new production company LILA PICTURES, formed under his recently renewed and multi-year creative partnership with Netflix. Lee will continue to create new projects across scripted series and feature films exclusively for Netflix. Hyunji Ward has been hired as LILA PICTURES SVP of Film & Television.
Derived from the Sanskrit word meaning "divine play," LILA PICTURES (pronounced LEE-lah) will focus on developing original projects across film and television for Lee Sung Jin to create, executive produce, write and direct, while investing in the next generation of creative voices.
Netflix and Lee also announced two new series in development from their growing slate:
🎬 A new limited-drama series, The Only Child. The project reunites Lee’s longtime collaborator Ali Wong (BEEF) and acclaimed playwright and screenwriter Ava Wong Davies (Industry). Wong will produce and star, playing the mother of a professional archer preparing to compete for her first gold medal.
🎬 A new drama series, Citizen's Arrest. Created by Gene Hong (BEEF), following two longtime friends and neighbors whose obsession with solving a local crime becomes an escape from the private crises neither is ready to face.
“I’m excited to launch LILA PICTURES with the support of my creative home at Netflix and the help of Hyunji Ward, our new SVP of Film and TV. "In Sanskrit, lila can be interpreted as ‘the divine play,’ and I’m grateful to reflect that through film and television, alongside close friends and collaborators like Ali Wong and Gene Hong. This is just the beginning. There will also be merch.”

"To me, craft is never the work of one person. It is a collective expression of creativity, knowledge, and human connection.” This week’s Renegade is fashion designer and founder Anita Dongre! Our Renegades editorial series spotlights Asian Pacific luminaries defying stereotypes and paving their own paths forward.
Since 1995, Anita has dedicated herself to supreme craft and artisanship through South Asian fashion. Her passions for sustainability, animal welfare, and women’s empowerment have guided her fashion house to develop collections that highlight form, function, and heritage, while creating immeasurable impact for the betterment of humanity. Her latest collaboration with Gold House, a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted carrom board, pays homage to the four elements and the Diwali season.
