This is why I love mornings👇 Chrisi Milia, Alonissos Island❤️ I have a real weakness for mornings like this in Greece. The first light catching the clouds, little waves rolling onto the sandy beach and a sailing boat anchored just offshore. What I love most is watching the colours change as the morning gets brighter. Now that’s a welcome👇 Kaminakia, Kefalonia❤️ I love arriving somewhere early enough to see it before the day gets going. The houses sit close to the rocky shore, with pine trees behind them and that beautiful blue water in front. I can spend ages looking at a little bay like this, noticing things I might have missed later in the day. It’s a morning I’d gladly have all over again. Who needs a beach?👇 Amarandos, Skopelos Island❤️ There’s a certain beauty to this part of the island that I find hard to resist. The pine trees grow right to the edge of the rocky coastline, and the Aegean has that extraordinary turquoise colour I love so much. No itinerary, just Schoinoussa👇 Schoinoussa Island❤️ What I like about Schoinoussa is how little you have to organise. Have a coffee in Chora, decide which beach to visit, maybe stop for something to eat on the way back. It’s a small island, and that’s part of its appeal to me. Hidden between giants 👇 Seychelles, Ikaria Island❤️ It’s hard to believe this little stretch of turquoise water is tucked beneath such rugged mountains. The cliffs rise almost straight from the beach, with pale rock on one side and the deep blue Aegean beyond. From above, you see how small the cove is compared with everything around it. That’s what I love about this part of Ikaria. I’m going back. Of course I am 👇 Greece 2027❤️ Every time I look through my footage, I realise how much of Greece I still want to explore. The little villages built into the mountains, the chapels overlooking the Aegean, the fishing harbours and those spectacular coastlines. I’ve travelled to so many beautiful places over the years, and somehow my list keeps getting longer. Next summer’s journey is already planned, the islands are chosen and the ferry routes are worked out. Wait until you see these cliffs👇 Polyaigos Island ❤️ There’s something about these enormous cliffs that I can’t get enough of. All those shades of white, pink and ochre, with that spectacular turquoise water right beneath them. And when you get close enough to see the details in the rock, it’s even more impressive. A whole village on a mountainside👇 Filoti, Naxos Island❤️ I love seeing this side of Naxos, away from the beaches and the coastline. The houses are packed together on the slopes, with olive groves below and the enormous Mount Zas rising behind them. It’s the highest mountain in the Cyclades, and you really get a sense of that from up here. There’s something quite impressive about how the village has grown into this rugged landscape. Now that’s a table worth finding 👇 Marmara, Sfakia Crete There’s a little taverna perched above the rocks here, with the Libyan Sea right below. I love how the terrace sits almost on its own, surrounded by those enormous white cliffs and that incredible turquoise water. And just beneath it, a tiny beach tucked between the rocks and the Aradena Gorge. It’s quite an unusual place to stop for lunch, especially on this part of Crete.
