10 years ago today, I stood on the top step of the podium in Rio with some incredible athletes. An incredible moment, and to think only four years earlier I was laying in a hospital bed not knowing what the future had for me. I could not have got there without the amazing support of everyone. Rachel, my parents, my comrades, my coaches, the list is extremely long! A decade later, the gratitude is just as strong.
