We gave the Aerospace team one thing project calendars never do: a full day with no backlog, no customer, no status meeting. Just a brief, an AI harness, and permission to go wherever their imagination wanted. ✈️💭 The result? An entire avionics system, built from scratch, in a day: backend, cockpit display, embedded software, the whole thing.
