Kids? Clueless? As if. They just needed the right care to rule their routine. ✔️Dermatologist-developed formulas made for their age ✔️Everything they need to do it themselves without any help ✔️Products actually sized for their hands Available at @walmart and on @amazon. 28 Aug 2026 gwyneth sits down with chelsea hirschhorn, founder and CEO of @fridamom , to unpack the invisible chapters of motherhood, from conception and postpartum recovery to the cultural pressure to bounce back. they discuss the myth of being ready, grieving who you were before kids, and how becoming a mother reshapes who you are and how you move through the world. 03 Feb 2026 Parenting challenges don’t really change. Higher standards for smaller humans: ⭐ Dermatologist developed ⭐ Hypoallergenic ⭐ Safe for sensitive skin Age-appropriate ingredients picked with purpose: ✅ Body Care with strawberry, aloe and oats for softer skin ✅ pH-balanced hair care for strong roots & stronger strands None of the BS they don’t need: ❌ No sulfates ❌ No parabens ❌ No dyes ❌ No phthalates Now available at @walmart and on @amazon. 13 Aug 2026 A BTS glimpse at the finish line bringing this to life, but really after 4+ years with 4 kids, this has been a long time coming. Hygiene independence is a major milestone for all of us. They’re ready to do it themselves, and you’re ready to stop asking if they did…90 times. It was really draining my mornings and evenings with them, and I knew something had to change. Here’s to hoping this eases your routines also. I am now able to sneak in one more hot cup of coffee before drop off and the morning madness. What will you do with the time back?! 12 Aug 2026 Came for boogers, butts and burps. Stay for braces, B.O. and bedhead. Get ready with Frida for the next era of parenthood. Starting tomorrow. Any wild guesses? 10 Aug 2026 My favorite part of this conversation with @gwynethpaltrow was talking about life’s chapters 📖 especially during moments of transition— taking time to mourn the loss of one version of yourself before accepting the next. I’m living this deeply right now. Having a hard time leaving my child-rearing years behind. Letting go of a chapter that lasted over a decade and brought so much joy and newness. I’m holding on because I know that what comes next comes with a whole host of new changes to prepare for - and that unknown is scary. I can’t quite grapple with the fact that I have to decide what “aging gracefully” is going to mean for me - both philosophically and aesthetically. In my head I’m still 28, pre-Botox, and planning for motherhood. I loved being pregnant. I loved having babies. And I’m holding onto the memories of it— the anticipation, the waiting, weirdly even the sensorial memories of each birth. 🤍 I’m so grateful for these beautiful early parenthood years - for my health, my children’s’ health, building a business rooted in those lived experiences. But the gratitude doesn’t cancel the grief. I recall these similar feelings when I became a mother for the first time and grieved the loss of my untethered independence and spontaneity - but I didn’t have the language or self-permission for vulnerability then. I just channeled the emotions into hyper-productivity and compartmentalized to move on. I’ve since learned you can be strong and vulnerable at the same time. And unlike a book, these transitions aren’t clean page flips. I know I won’t ever be “ready.” Ready is an emotional trap. Instead, I’m choosing to be resourced— prepared for the inevitable uncertainty. Onward, but intentionally. Thank you GP for having me and for creating space for the conversations we’re usually expected to move through quietly. ✨ https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-goop-podcast/id1352546554?i=1000747830269 03 Feb 2026 Necessity is the mother of invention! It definitely was for @fridamom ! As a mother of two boys I would have loved having the products @fridamom CEO @cmrh Chelsea Hirschhorn invented for her company-I wish she’d created them back when my kids were little. Chelsea offers a master class in turning real understanding of a problem into a huge financial opportunity- with solutions for parents. Check out my podcast interview with her- I laughed (and cried a little) at Chelsea’s raw honesty about the challenges of growing a company with her husband while parenting young kids! In this episode, Chelsea reflects on the lessons she has carried forward from her own mother, and how they have shaped her journey as a mum and an entrepreneur: from resilience and empathy, to courage and ambition. She shares how she has dedicated her life to living in service to mothers through her business, helping to support and empower mothers everywhere, and how her own mum helped her understand that motherhood is part of your identity, not your WHOLE identity. Thank you so much to @cmrh for taking the time to speak with us. We hope you all find this episode as enjoyable and helpful as we did! 🫶🏼 #lessonsfromourmothers #motherhood #frida #fridamom #snotsucker #fridasnotsucker #mothering #parenting #beingamother #parenthood #parentingpod #parentingpodcast #ad 07 Dec 2025 Our CEO @cmrh poured a lot of personal experience into this one 🤱 Our NEW 2-in-1 Manual + Silicone Suction Breast Pump helps you get milk from boob to bottle, no matter how you feed your baby. 1️⃣ Pump manually for controlled milk expression when you need it most 2️⃣ Use silicone suction for hands-free milk collection so no leak goes to waste Get yours at @target and @amazon 🛒 . . #breastfeedingsupport #breastfeedingmom #breastmilk #lactation #lactationsupport #newmom #postpartum 25 Mar 2025 When you’re the founder of a baby brand, or a dating podcaster, relationships and babies are good for your brand #wemetatacme 20 Mar 2025
