Davide Pedrotti is a highly skilled lighting designer with over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry.
His passion for lighting design began early on and his curiosity allowed him to have a very deep understanding of lighting technologies, which, paired up with is bursting creativity, resulted in collaborations with some of the biggest names in the industry.
His work is characterized by his attention to detail and his ability to create unique and engaging experiences for the audience.
He approaches each project with a fresh perspective and a tailor made vision, he believes in cooperation and knowledge sharing to meet all market demands.
In 2016 he found the perfect partners in Jordan and Ivan and together they founded Blearred.

Meet Our Founders
Ivan Russo has worked in the live events industry for over 20 years, starting as a lighting technician and eventually becoming a project manager.
Thanks to his organized mindset he manages several projects and teams, this quality led him, and his associates, to found new business model for the industry, creating what today is Blearred.
By observing carefully the the evolvement of the industry, he is capable to direct the projects with a different touch.
Blearred ultimate goal is to create unique and engaging experiences for the audience.

Meet Our Founders
Jordan Babev is a skilled lighting designer with a passion for creating captivating and immersive visual experiences.
His history began 20 years ago, since then he has worked on a variety of shows, from small scale theatres to stadiums and huge events all around the world.
He is known for his attention to detail and ability to bring a unique and emphatic perspective to each project.
In 2016, Jordan started a Lighting Design Studio in London, which has quickly grown and led to the formation of a European Lighting Design Studio based in Milan, Italy, with long-time collaborators and friends Davide and Ivan.
Their studio has since worked on numerous projects across Europe, showcasing their expertise in the field of lighting design.

“Gesto – Architecture of the Hand” reinterprets Umbria’s cultural heritage and artisanal traditions through a contemporary lens. In Montecchio, a village on the outskirts of Orvieto, wicker weaving is a craft still passed down from hand to hand, gesture after gesture. A quiet mastery that is reflected in the collection’s research, where material becomes an expression of the hand’s movement.

Thirty eight years after her first performance at the Waldbühne, Gianna Nannini returned to Berlin for GIANNAGOLD, the only major live event of 2026. In front of 20,000 people, fifty years of music came together in a symphonic rock show conceived as both a celebration of what has been and the beginning of what comes next.
The visual narrative begins with a fracture. Cracks of light emerge from the darkness and gradually fill with gold, introducing transformation as the first gesture of the show. What begins as rupture becomes revelation, setting the tone for a story that continuously shifts between breaking and becoming.
The performance moves through changing atmospheres and different registers of Gianna’s story. Within the monumental scale of the celebration, the acoustic set introduces a moment of intimacy, where piano and voice take centre stage beneath suspended chandeliers, leaving space for music, presence and memory.
The visual narrative unfolds through two distinct acts. The first moves through a Neoclassical world of arches, symmetry and fragmented forms, where ideas of permanence and perfection begin to fracture.
The second shifts into Aura, a more fluid and metamorphic language in which forms soften, dissolve and transform, allowing memory and identity to remain in constant motion.

Con Eleonora Peronetti approfondiamo il processo creativo che ha dato forma allo storytelling del palco di Tedua a San Siro. Un dialogo che racconta come la contaminazione tra i vari linguaggi visivi diventi parte integrante della progettazione scenografica. Dai riferimenti cinematografici alla costruzione dell’immaginario del live, ogni scelta contribuisce a trasformare il palco in un racconto capace di estendere e interpretare l’universo artistico di Tedua🧡🏟️

Per Jordan Babev la scenografia di un palco non si limita a essere un elemento decorativo, ma diventa un dispositivo narrativo capace di raccontare una storia.
L’intervista indaga il processo creativo che ha guidato la progettazione del palco realizzato per Tedua a San Siro. Dagli edifici che delimitano il palco alla superficie centrale, ogni scelta progettuale contribuisce alla costruzione di una drammaturgia in cui spazio, simboli e architettura diventano elementi essenziali del racconto.

For @ultimopeterpan La Favola Per Sempre at Tor Vergata, every element was designed on an unprecedented scale: a monumental stage, thousands of square metres of video, over a thousand of lighting fixtures and 250,000 people.
Our lighting design was developed to connect every part of this immense space, turning a record-breaking production into a single shared experience.
