The eye has to travel. Grateful for a year of adventure in 2024. 1. It’s me, hi 2. Puglia, my heart 3. Sorrento 4. Three jewellery editors walk into a bar etc 5 and 6. Dior in Scotland, the absolute dream 7. St Tropez 8. La Serenissima 9. Inside the Doge’s Palace after hours 10. Went to Stockholm with Toteme, can you tell? 11. Cost per wear is working out nicely 12. Monaco. Enough said 13. Went to Paris 247 times but the Olympics… 14. Puglia, again 15. The Hamptons was Ralph Lauren perfection 16. You have to talk about the food in Puglia: it’s local, seasonal, largely vegetarian and the best in Italy (happy to argue about this). Could bang on but just look at it. 1. Lobster pasta at @il_principe_del_mare_ which is the greatest 2. Same resto, this time fritto misto 3. Porcini pizza at @pizzeriacasapinto whose staff wear pizza saying #pizzaisverygood which is no word of a lie 4. Salt cod fritters at @tavernadelportotricase which is a long drive into the Salento but totally worth it 5. Bombette in Cisternino which is a thing 6. Cheese at @il_cortiletto, 11/10 7. Greatest seafood pasta in Gallipoli 8. Ostuni market 9. Back to @il_principe_del_mare_ for the 789th time 10. Make that 790th 04 Sep 2024
