3” Sticker Sale | Mutual Aid & Immigration Relief
I am selling 3” round kiss-cut waterproof vinyl stickers for $5 each. $2.50 from each sticker sale is going towards a mutual aid need or immigration relief need (once each $20 is reached).
Here’s how to order:
1. Send $5 for each sticker you are ordering to JenVenegas via Venmo. Make the payment private and put sticker.
2. Message me on IG or FB OR email me at [email protected] with the following info: your Venmo username, your name, your US mailing address, which sticker(s) you want.
I will post receipts every time I make a donation. Feel free to share with people that might be interested. We take care of each other. ✊🏼💖
FAQ:
💖 Can I choose the mutual aid fund or immigration fundraiser?
- You are welcome to suggest fundraisers to support but I will be prioritizing individual Black and brown folks in need.
💖 Do you take anything other than Venmo?
- Due to my capacity, I am only accepting Venmo payments. I encourage you to coordinate with your ppl that have Venmo and another pay app to get a Venmo payment to me. Just include their Venmo username in your message or email.
💖 Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
- Due to my capacity and limited resources, at this time, I can only ship to the U.S. I encourage you to coordinate with your people in the U.S. to receive your sticker(s) and ship to you. Just include their U.S. mailing address in your message or email.
💖 Did you design these?
- Yes, I designed them on Canva and paid to have them printed locally at @lecards
💖 Where does the other 50% of sticker sales go?
- I printed stickers using funds on a credit card. The other 50% of sticker sales goes towards paying the price of the printing + any interested I am charged because credit is a predatory scam. Anything extra buys more stamps or goes towards paying mutual aid.
💖 I want to support other things you do!

Making Space for Joy in Hospice 💛
A friend recently asked me how loved ones can keep their spirits up when caring for someone in hospice. As a death doula and grief coach, here are my suggestions.
🫶 If the dying person can communicate and is cognitive, try these:
💛 Gently plan a legacy project
💛 Gently plan a vigil service
💛 Record short interviews about the dying person's life
💛 Play board games
💛 Hire a mobile masseuse and get group massages
🫶 If the dying person is not cognitive and/or cannot speak, try these:
💛Read to them - uplifting stories, anthologies, joke books, or biographies are great options
💛Sing to your dying person - it's ok if you "can't" sing or have a "bad" voice. Your loved one loves you!
💛 Share updates about your life with them
💛 Share current events or world updates with them
💛 Play uplifting music for them
🫶 For the caregivers, here are some aftercare suggestions:
💛 Stay hydrated, fed and rested as much as possible
💛 Seek out therapy, a grief coach, a grief group or some other form of grief support
💛 Consume media that brings you joy or makes you laugh
💛 Get regular sunlight and engage in light accessible movement
💛 Start a breathwork practice - check YouTube or meditation apps for breathwork sessions
💛 Practice somatic movement - check YouTube or social media for how-tos
💛 Engage in nervous system reset practices - there are some great ones on YouTube. Message me for my personal recommendation!
With these suggestions, always prioritize the dying person's needs, desires and wants as much as possible AND do what feels good to you.
What other ideas can you think of to center joy when caring for someone in hospice?

Hey friends, I’m looking for a few more folks to model for my photoshoot on Sunday. It’s in DTLA from 11am-2pm.
I can’t pay you but I will feed you and give you some of my herbal tea blends and anti-inflammation salves.
Photos will be used on my website and social media. If there are any photos of just you or just you and me, you can use them for whatever.
It will be a casual chill few hours. You can wear whatever you feel good in. There will be chairs. There’s a ramp and elevator to get into the loft. Street parking - be sure to follow street signage or you can carpool with me from El Monte.
Message me?

Mutual aid isn't separate from my death doula practice - it's the foundation of it.🌿
I don't believe care should be reserved for those who can afford it. I believe care belongs to community.
For me, mutual aid means:
🌻 Giving and receiving are the same practice.
🍅 Trusting in abundance over scarcity.
🥣 Allowing myself to be nourished by my community, too.
🌳 Keeping my services accessible whenever I have the capacity.
And it also means honoring my own humanity. I'm disabled. I'm low-income. I have bills to pay.
Money is a tool that allows me to continue offering grief and end-of-life care - and I refuse to martyr myself for "the cause."
Mutual aid isn't about sacrificing ourselves. It's about building systems of reciprocity where everyone gets to give, everyone gets to receive, and no one is left behind. 🤍
This is the future I'm investing in, one act of care at a time.
💛 Save this if it resonates.

Imposter syndrome doesn’t disappear just because you’ve built a practice you’re proud of. 💜
As a solo death doula, I carry quiet questions every day: Am I wise enough? Have I been through enough? Will elders trust someone in their 40s who isn’t married and doesn’t have kids? Can I truly show up for cultural experiences that aren’t my own?
I’m sharing this honestly, not for sympathy. End-of-life care is emotional, spiritual, relational — and that makes it real work, even when it doesn’t look like traditional hospice care.
Being death positive means naming these struggles out loud, especially as a Latina-owned business navigating a field that isn’t always built for us. 🌼
Doula life means showing up anyway — offering holistic care and grief support to my community, often for free, because that’s what’s needed. But community care is a two-way street. 🙏✨
If this resonates with you or someone you love who is dying, swipe through and see how you can help.
💜 Recommend us.
💜 Learn our role.
💜 Follow a doula near you.
💜 Hire us.
This work matters. We matter. 🌿💛
